    I have been with ME flow for several years now. Most of the time we have the service technician Truong, and he is on time, very professional and knows his stuff. I don’t feel like he tries to upsell me and he tells me what’s going on. It’s nice to have a company that has professionals who are on time and follow through. I highly recommend them.

    Had ME Flow install a new Nest Thermostat today at my condo (always use ME Flow for hvac maintenance as well). Seemed overpriced at $225 (I bought all the equipment on Amazon) but the tech was prompt, professional, and personable as their techs always are. He took the time to ensure my phone was connected via the app for remote control of the Nest and showed me how to use the new thermostat on the app and hands on as well. Very helpful. Most importantly, I know ME Flow stands behind their work, no matter what. Peace of mind.

    We had our ancient furnace and water heater replaced by ME Flow after getting quotes from a few places and could not have had a better experience. Daniel, Axel, and KJ were not only professional but also friendly and considerate. When our quirky house created challenges, they clearly communicated the issues and options, and stayed late trying to resolve things. We plan to come back to them for any other HVAC needs and recommend that others do, too.

    Alex and Michael are superb ambassadors of professionalism for ME Flow. They are extremely experienced. They were very conscientious about respecting personal boundaries. They did not try to rip us off; to the contrary, they did everything possible to minimize our expense.

    Our five mini splits were covered by the ME flow service warranty. We think a midnight thunder storm caused the system to trip. Alex reset the system and also did the scheduled maintenance while he was there. The warranty contract calls for two on-site calls annually and this was the first. Because I called this in as a “restore service” call, I was charged for that type of service which is an additional charge, even though the system is tripped as part of the system check. I am waiting to see how this is resolved. Other than that, I have been served by ME Flow for over 20 years, and am extremely satisfied with their work.

    M.E. Flow’s plumber, Esteban Cueller, did a superb job yesterday of finding and replacing leaking pipes concealed in the walls. Response time after my initial call was under an hour. Esteban carefully explained every step of the process, and then skillfully completed the complicated repair. Like anyone seeing water seeping from the wrong spot, I was distraught and wish it had never happened. That said, I am very happy to have chosen M.E. Flow and consider them to be my go-to plumbing service from now on.

    This was my second time using ME Flow after the company I supposedly have a relationship/contract with couldn’t get a technician to my residence earlier than 2.5 weeks after my A/C went out. They got me in two days after my call (my schedule not theirs) and even worked with me on the timing so I wouldn’t have to potentially have to miss a very important meeting. They identified and rectified the problem in less than 15 min, but still did a thorough check after to ensure there weren’t other problems. I am confident the appointment with the other company would have cost at least twice as much and resulted in additional appointments to “fix” things that didn’t require their “help.” I’ve learned my lesson.
