    While they were able to schedule a visit quickly, the tech was unable to successfully resolve the issue after two calls (he insisted the leaking washer was due to the use of too much detergent despite the use of pods) resulting in additional leaking (tech claimed to have resolved issue). A visit by a different company resolved the issue on the first visit.

    They were able to fit me in on the day i called about my system not working. The tech arrived promptly and was professional, friendly, and able to fix my problem. This is greatly appreciated since another company didn’t know what to do with the system and told me it’d be 3 weeks before they could schedule their specialist to come look at it.

    ME flow has serviced my heating and cooling systems at both my current and previous homes. When I first needed HVAC assistance, they were not the first company I called out, but they were the company that I called back out time after time based on their professionalism and integrity. I learn so much from each of their techs, who all tolerate my questions and help ensure I know what maintenance I can/should be doing in between their routine visits. The service agreement option pays for itself, and they are wonderful about scheduling and communicating. They can work with any system--the oldest cast iron boiler all the way to a mini split system, so if you have a combination of old and new they've the expertise to service all at once.

    The technicians were diligent and accommodating. They had to wait for parts to ariive for at least three hours. It sure looks like supply chain issue is alive and well.

    It has been two hours after technicians completed the work. They installed a hot water heater and a humidifier. All over sudden, the furnace fire is burning and fan was running. But the humidifier were not running even though humidity setting at the max. Humidifier is connected to the fan. It worked when the techs were here.

    The humidifier connection need to be corrected.

    Rich Kelly sold me a new HVAC system. I’ve dealt primarily with Jason Dewey for both the initial installation and to address installation related issues. To date, five different technicians have worked on my system spanning three separate visits yet, there are still issues that need to be addressed.

    Tuesday, June 18, 2019, Jason and I reviewed and discussed the air conditioning issues described below. We agreed on the parameters of what needed to be accomplished. Jason stated that he would contact me with appointment options. As of the following Monday afternoon, June 24, 2019, all I’ve heard are crickets chirping.

    There are several additional air conditioning items: (photos attached):

    1. The condenser is improperly sited. Not only is the unit efficiency impacted, it’s a safety hazard.
    2. The condenser was placed on the old, undersized pad.
    3. When a new return was installed, the tech neglected to replace the damper that allows this return to be closed in the summer.

    We needed to have our HVAC system *and* a water pressure booster pump replaced. We invited four companies to bid on the work, including M.E. Flow.

    After looking at the proposals we chose M.E. Flow because, while not being the least (or most) expensive, their suggested solution seemed the most thorough and they were also the most responsive.

    The work took several teams and needed several days to complete. Without exception, their technicians were polite, professional, and competent. When they finished I was impressed with how well everything worked and how clean they left everything. Perhaps even more impressive was that even after I paid them they were still blindingly responsive to the questions I had.

    They're going to be my first call the next time I need a repair that isn't covered by my home warranty, and I'll be recommending them to any of my friends and acquaintances who ask.

    Had a combination boiler installed. Nate was a great worker. He arrived early and finished the job in one day! We were told it might take two days which would mean no heat or water. Nate and his team were very professional and finished the work in one day so we were inconvenienced.

    Annual service maintenance was completed for my rental property. The technicians were very knowledgeable and had great customer service.
