Moises came today to do our 1-year HVAC inspection. I was very impressed by him. He was professional, on time, clean/tidy etc. but what really stood out wasy how he answered my questions about dust in our vents, preventative maintenance and just general questions so I could understand our HVAC system better. I wish every tradesman I worked with was like Moises.

ME Flow has been such a great experience! Their customer service and technicians have been fantastic to work with. They replaced our entire HVAC system and water heater 4 years ago and we continue to use them for regular maintenance. They are extremely kind, clean, reliable and in time. They always walk me through everything, explaining their processes and findings before they do any repairs or services.

I could not recommend them enough!

The representative was diligent in solving my kitchen sink stoppage. Personable and courteous. Totally Cleaned the area and left it spotless. Thank you for sending a knowledgeable plumber to get the job done!! Will consider your company going forward.

Xavi was great. Our problem triggered a manufacturer’s warranty, so Xavi had to help us verify the problem with the manufacturer. He was professional, informative and helpful throughout. He also adjusted everything so the system doesn’t leak pending the final repair. We couldn’t have ssked for more!

Pete Lobello answered all of my questions and designed a great new HVAC system. He listened to my requests, provided the quote quickly, and had the new American Standard AC + furnace at my house right away. The install team lead by Abisai showed up on time, worked hard, and finished on schedule. They clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Oct 2022 update:
M. E. Flow continues to impress me with the level of service provided. Gerson ran a very thorough diagnostic on my furnace and spent time to explain what was performed as well as how components work together, ensuring that the system was in good working order. Very professional and excellent customer service!

I've been a customer of M. E. Flow for years. Great company. Tron performed my ac service again this summer. Very much appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Our AC completely broke over a week ago and we were told by a different HVAC technician to replace the motor, which we did, but unfortunately the HVAC technician wired the unit incorrectly which then blew up our new motor when we tried to re-wire based on the original wiring done by the HVAC tech. We called M.E. Flow who sent out a tech within a day (we called on a Friday evening), and by Monday afternoon we were set up with an advisor who came to our home, took measurements, and gave us our options. The nice thing is that M.E. Flow also offers financing. We were scheduled for install within two days. The guys came today at 745am and powered through the entire day, finished installing by 2pm and gave us a walk through. I couldn’t be more pleased with M.E. Flow. Responsive, professional, and honest. We knew that we would be spending a large amount on the install due to the influx of prices during the pandemic so it wasn’t a surprise to us to receive the quote we did, but our advisor was able to knock off a few hundred from that quote which was generous. After each service, an email is sent immediately to your email with the details and they also send texts to your phone with who the tech is that’s coming to your home. Highly recommend this business.

Tankless water heating system diagnosis. Knowledgeable and professional; in the local area. Will call again.

Update: They never followed up by scheduling a visit by the estimator, so I am still without hot water. Back to square one.

Second update: I was overcharged though failure to apply an initial payment to the final invoice, and the supposed only person who can fix this is evasive and will not return my calls. This is the same manager owes me a call about an ongoing repair estimate, and I have not received that either, although it was supposed to happen in one day. While the plumbers are knowledgeable and professional, dealing with management is another matter. It's time to take my business somewhere else. Sadly, my initial 5-star review was bestowed on what turns out to be a 1-star service provider.

A five hour window is more than I inconvenient. I took five hours out of my day to wait for service. ME Flow should be able to do better for people who have a service contract. .

My after-hours call was answered and a technician was sent out promptly the next day as promised. Jesus Anco was completely professional and competent. He fixed the problem in the most economical way for me and inspected the system thoroughly. I have complete confidence in M.E. Flow and highly recommend them.
