Amazing experience with M.E. Flow. They are fast, very knowledgeable and clean. They were able to acknowledge what was wrong, explain to us the problem and how they were going to fix it. They also explained the cost, offered payment plans and told us about possible cupons. They kept my husband and I informed about how everything was going to go and they did it fast. We are really happy with the service and the professionalism of their agents!

AC was not working. I called M. E. Flow and expected their response to be that it would take several days to check out my unit. Pleasantly surprised to hear that they could have someone check out my unit today. Within an hour of contacting them, there was a repairman at my home. He was a very courteous young man who had my AC working within 20 minutes. He also diagnosed another potential problem which I am going to have serviced in the next few days.

We’ve been using ME flow for 2 years now and are always impressed with the professionalism and quality of their employees. A few weeks ago we called around 5pm because our ac unit stopped cooling the house. The company had sent someone out the next day and three days after deciding we wanted to replace our unit, Pete came out to inspect the property, talk us through our options, and provide a quote. After we finally called to schedule, the company said they could come that week. The new ac unit was installed on our townhouse roof, which took a crew of 3-4 men a full day to remove the old unit and replace it with a new compressor and furnace. Everyone was polite and communicative throughout the whole process and left our house in better condition than when they started. Cannot emphasize enough about how respectful everyone was and never thought I would be so happy to spend a lot of money on a household appliance. Truly the best contractors we have ever worked with and highly recommend.

I had 4 estimates done, all 4 companies used the same products. FHFURR was over 10 grand, another company at 8, a local guy at 7,500, and ME FLOW at 7 and they were so awesome! From the guy who inspected and sold me the units to the crew who installed them. My Mom has used them before too. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Tech Edis was very knowledgeable and efficient. Did not find any problems with HVAC system. Made recommendations for keeping things running fine. I would definitely recommend M E Flow for HVAC problems or maintenance.

I called during a heat wave, my AC stopped blowing cold air. My tech was so knowledgeable, he explained everything and showed in detail with helpful suggestions. Excellent service at an extremely reasonable rate. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

They were available for same day service on a Saturday to snake our kitchen drain. They even rearranged the schedule to move us up in the queue. The coordinator Anne and plumber Melvin were very professional and courteous. The company utilized automated text notifications in real time for transparency. They were able to clear the drain quickly and cleanly.

Overall very happy with their service! Only minor comment was that I had to wait on hold for a while before speaking to a representative, but that’s probably because it was a weekend. Otherwise great service.

We called during the holidays and I’m sure they were especially busy. But they arrived on time, completed service quickly and efficiently. Answered all of our questions. Great service!

Alex and his team did a great job. The team all worked very well together (they seemed to be a very happy crew)! They worked diligently until the job was finished. Alex was good about explaining what they we’re doing and why it was a good approach to use.

Highly recommend this company. My air conditioner was not working, and M.E. Flow came to my home the next day around 1pm and fixed the air conditioner in very little time. This is a BBB company and one of the Best Picks from Prince William County.
