Robert Jenkins and his two associates did a outstanding job installing a 54 Space Panel Replacement for a old GE 40 space panel, a whole house 200 amp transfer switch and a GENERAC 24KW Generator Install all in one days time.
The 3 technicians were extremely knowledgeable in their fields.I would highly recommend them for any work they might perform.

I have been using this company for 6 years and have always had incredible 5-star service from their employees. Each service person has been knowledgable, respectful of property, polite and efficient. That was certainly true of Mark today.

Communication with the company is good and their receptionists very polite. Up until my most recent maintenance, I have always had a visit as scheduled. However, my latest appointment had to be rescheduled twice, with one being on the day of service which was rather inconvenient. I understand emergencies arise but perhaps the company should consider allotting more time between appointments or leave room for emergencies. They should also improve their recorded messaging which doesn't work well.

Edwin and Milton from AirPlus did a great job. They showed up promptly at their scheduled time and installed my new air handler. Throughout the process there was minimal disruption and whenever I had a question, Edwin made sure I understood everything that was going on. They repaired the wall after their work was completed and the workspace was left clean just the way it was before they arrived. Very pleased with their work and professionalism! Would recommend to others.

The experience was stellar. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. I personally will like to commend the following three employees: Edwin, Gabriel and Milton. They have displayed a great professionalism. What impressed me the most is that they took the time to explain every technical details and functionalities.

I've used Air Plus for many years and have always been happy with the service provided by their technicians. This time was no different. The tech this time was Michael Ford, new to me but not to the company. Mike was courteous and friendly and after a few pleasantries, he got right to work. I like this industriousness! Mike checked my two systems top to bottom, cleaned as needed, changed filters as needed and verified the refrigerant and pressure levels. I had a few questions and concerns and Mike answered them fully and in a manner understandable to me. In the end, everything checked out fine which is good for my peace of mind. AirPlus's Ken Mills did an EV charging station installation and electrical panel upgrade for me. He did the initial system evaluation and estimate and answered all my questions fully & patiently. He performed the installation & upgrade efficiently and effectively. I was very happy with the service provided.

Hunter came to do estimate for a Generac back up generator. From the very start this business has been very professional and buyer friendly. The estimate was a clear $11 K less than a competitor who did everything remote. Hunter walked my property, custom tailored a solution, gave hard copy quote, answered all questions and gave his analysis of courses of action. I could not ask for a better service or professional than Hunter. I think when one is investing into a back up generator , one needs some good hard honest information of all options and that is what I got today.

It’s always nice to see the same tech year to year, as it implies the company is doing something to keep them there. That’s why it was nice to see Michael for either the 2nd or 3rd time in 3 years. He cares a lot about what he does and he remembers things from his previous visits. He also takes a lot of pride in his work and it’s evident he appreciates the company, while I appreciate him, his knowledge and expertise.

Michael Ford was excellent! He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He knew the panel in our system had been recalled and was under warranty even when the installer themselves didn’t know that. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Installation of a mini split: this was not an easy job and it required a significant amount of difficult work including drilling through plaster walls and digging up an overgrown azalea bush in order to have room for the outdoor unit. Both Milton and Edwin were calm, professional, and kept the work space incredibly clean l. They also worked fairly quickly given the complexity of the job. Very grateful to have them and very grateful to have this new unit to keep a hot room much cooler!
