John came to do our Spring HVAC check. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Although he did recommend adding an air filter and UV light, he was not pushy. He simply stated the facts, gave us a quote, and told us to contact them if we were interested.

Joseph Ephraim Is a pleasant person and knowledgeable, explained all requirements and best suggestions, diagnosed where is the problem and what is best to avoid. Provided multiple options to choose from. Good to have pleasant, experienced people such as Joseph to represent the Company.

This was a HVAC annual inspection. The Air Plus technician, Michael Ford, is knowledgeable, informative and professional.

The service met my expected level of quality.

HVAC Technician Mark Mugaas came over this morning for a spring HVAC system inspection. We found Mark to be very personable and professional. Our HVAC system is 15 years old, but everything is tight and working well, and I maintain the system well year-round. Mark wisely counseled us, "If it aint broke, dont fix it". It's good to have an HVAC tech with a little grey hair, who knows his way around an old HVAC system.

John Sumlin was my servicer and he was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I was extremely pleased with his service.

Fantastic company and great people. I have interacted with many folks at Airplus and everyone is exceptional. You can tell a lot about a company from who answers the phones, and the folks who do at Airplus are always helpful, professional, and proactive. (Thanks Danielle and Dana!). I’ve had the following work done by Airplus: home generator, whole home humidifier, electrical work (new outlets), whole house surge protector, furnace valve/regulator repair, and load shedding modules for two patio heaters. I’ve been incredibly happy with all the work and in one case where the issue wasn’t resolved at first, Airplus promptly returned to warranty the work. My interaction with Joe (the owner) has also been excellent. On one occasion he recommended less expensive work than what I requested, because he felt the added cost wouldn’t get me the results to warrant the more costly option. Shout out to Robert and Hunter, but really all the folks there are great. I’d give Airplus six stars if I could.

Mark was very professional and knowledgeable about our unit and actually was one of the technicians that helped originally put in our rental unit, which made us feel better about his services. Thank you Mark!

Roberto did a great job repairing our generator that went off line. He was friendly , courteous and explained everything he was doing.
