Mark Mugaas came to my home to check my AC units to be sure all was up and running. He complimented me on my ability to change the air filters :-) After looking over the units, he gave me a suggestion of having the units cleaned next year and confirmed the hole near my unit was NOT a snake hole. Best news ever. He was polite, friendly, knowledgable, and conversational.

John was great! He listened to the issue I was having and did a thorough inspection of the HVAC system and gave me good recommendations. Thanks for your help today!
