Chase came over today, a Saturday, to fix our disposal, and we are extremely happy with the service. He returned my call to the answering service immediately, and having researched our customer status informed us that the service call would not require emergency pricing. He got over hear fast, determined that he could repair rather than replace, performed the service quickly and professionally, and could not have been nicer throughout. Great job!

1. HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited scheduled me for a humidifier system repair on the first call with a date and time that worked for me. 2. Steven W. arrived on time, with the right tools, equipment, and supplies. 3. He even had a filter for my humidifier which I did not know was needed. Let me explain, thinking that my builder installed HVAC air cleaner consisted of an air ionizer cleaning system, I had not changed the filter nor checked it. Thanks to Steve W.’s attentiveness we checked the filter finding it to be well beyond its life and filthy. 4. Thankful he had a filter in his truck and installed it. Now we have clean air and proper humidity levels in our home. I highly recommend this company.

Second time Steven worthy has come out to my condo to do an inspection. Speaking as a mechanical lift system technician myself, his service, professionalism, awesome personality, and his ability to put me at ease with everything is again unsurpassable. he is the benchmark that all technicians in any field need to strive for.

Our A/C stopped on very hot/humid day in June. HVAC responded with a same day service call. Ronny arrived on schedule, in CDC compliant gear checking and working on thermostat and outside unit until it was working 30 min later. relief! HE advised us to get the AC coil cleaned which we promptly scheduled. Ronny returned the following week, on time, and did this work. Prompt, professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

I used this company for a general maintenance/cleaning service visit for my condo HVAC unit.
They are professional and great to work with throughout the whole process, from scheduling an appointment with their staff on the phone, to the day of, the technician (Erwin) called ahead before he arrived, worked efficiently, he explained the work he did and answered all of my questions. Just top-notch service, and much appreciated! Will certainly use them again in the future.

HVAC Unlimited arrived within 4 hours of my phone request for service -- air was blowing, but it was not cool. Temperature outside was in the 90s, and this apartment is on the top floor. An hour later, the air was nice and cool. My HVAC unit is old. Instead of recommending a complete replacement, the technician got into the unit, which is not easy to access, replaced a part, and added refrigerant, for ONE TENTH the cost of a complete replacement. I am very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend this company!

From start to finish, they provided professional and courteous service. The confirmation emails and texts, a picture of the technician, COVID safety protocols and mask, shoe protectors, notification calls and texts of when they will arrive were great. Mr. Worth clearly described what was taking place and repairs needed. He also provided a description of any future items that may need to be reviewed. Overall, it was a great experience!

Robert arrived on time and was efficient and personable. He was very informative by providing explanation of what he was evaluating and answering our questions. Our issue was resolved and we felt the service work was performed with a high degree of competence.
