Their price is extremely high. Charged $500 to change a run cap and 1 lb refrigerant. I wouldn't have called them had I known their price would this high. Call somewhere else and you will be better off.

Great experience with Willy today, super knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I’m not an hvac tech. But he walked me through each of the areas where problems occurred and gave me instructions specific to how to prevent it in the future. I’d recommend to anyone

I hired this company to look at the convectors in my unit in a high rise. The individuals I spoke to were all courteous, responsive and professional. They were on time and provided the services requested of them.

However, the company is quite overpriced . I have multiple rental properties and AC/Heating system is one of those things that require regular unending maintenance so I make this statement based on my experience dealing with other providers. Albeit there are very few service providers that can work on Convectors. It may be that they have extremely high rate because it is an uncommon system but that does not justify charging extra in my mind.

I had HVAC Unlimited install a new Carrier Performance 4-ton system in April 2021 and a second 4-ton system in May 2022. There service was outstanding both times. The lead installer, Mr. Dang, was extremely knowledgable and professional. The sales manager was super responsive and answered all of my questions during the quote phase. The company treated my home with the utmost care. Highly recommend.

They told us we either needed a new hot water heater or a $1000+ repair, and that ours was ~20 years old. On further inspection, a large sticker on the front says it was 8 years old. Called another company and they repaired it in 10 minutes and said it was fine. Not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent, but will not use them again.

From start to finish, these guys/gals have been great. From installation, to questions later, not treating you like an idiot for not knowing about plumbing, even the full cleanup afterwards, broke out their own vacuum and everything. This is a company you can count on. Prices were reasonable, scheduling was quick, the techs were super chill and knew what they were doing. Even left them here an hour since I had to run an errand for work. A+ all around.
