Luis and Rick did a great job replacing aging thermocouple on my gas water heater. They fixed the problem without trying to sell me on replacing my water heater. Another company I contacted told me that I needed a new water heater. He didn't try to replace thermocouple.

Outstanding Service from beginning to end - you guys rock! It stated out with our service tech, Steve, who originally made a strong case for a new installation and coordinated Dylon’s visit to explain what HVAC-Unlimited could for us. Dylon was very professional, knowledgeable as well as attentive to our needs. He provided several options based on our requirements and did it in a very positive way. On the day of install, Trin, the install lead, was really amazing. The entire deinstallation and removal of the existing water heater and HVAC system was seamless and well coordinated. Trin and his team did a fantastic job. After installation, the clean up was quick and thorough. Post install Trin went over the operation of the new thermostat, both the hot water heater and the HVAC and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and gain an understand of the new systems. After the team left, Trin even called back to ensure that the both systems were operating correctly and if we had any final question. Both my wife and I really appreciated that attention to detail and customer service. The overall process was quick, easy to understand and both my wife and I really appreciate the professionalism of the HVAC-Unlimited team from the team in the office to the service techs and installers in the trucks! I had to unexpectedly replace my HVAC unit and Dylan Deloatch made sure to answer every little question I had to ensure I felt comfortable with the installation process. The installers were professionals who were respectful of social distancing protocols and kept me updated on the progress throughout the day.

Later, when I had a concern about a noise coming from the unit, the technician came out the day after I called and immediately fixed the issue. I'm so appreciative of William Campbell who took the time and care to educate me more about the entire system and how to best maintain my unit. So much I wish I had known ages ago!

I've had the same technician come out for the bi annual inspections a few years now and Randy C. has been exceptional at educating and explaining everything.

As part of a bathroom remodel, we had HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited remove the old bathtub and install a new one. Chase was prompt and polite. He explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions and wouldn't leave until I was satisfied with the work. It took Chase and a helper many hours and they still came in at the amount estimated by Rob. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. We will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Used HVAC & Plumbing today and they were fantastic. To begin with when I call them yesterday afternoon they were able to accommodate my schedule request and get a plumber out to my house in a very timely fashion. I had the pleasure of having Robert arrive this morning and diagnosis the problem and explain my options with me. Chase Scott came to our home today to fix multiple problems. He was professional, on time and he solved our issues promptly.
