My experience with this company was great! A month and a half ago HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited Inc, has replaced my heating & A/C system. They also recommended and replaced my water heater. The manager Mr. Dylan was great. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He has a great personality. His prices and recommendations were honest and reasonable.

The installation team Mr. Tri and Mr. Chase Scott were also great. There were very polite and respectful.
The team came my house on time and they did a fantastic job. My A/C unit and the water heater are working great. Please accept my deepest gratitude. I would definitely use their services in the future again.

Super satisfied with my Saturday experience today! A technician, Robert Campbell, arrived within an hour or so after I first called the office. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Checked the furnace, found no problem, and determined that the thermostat should be replaced. I will definitely continue to use HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited for all maintenance and repair work in the future! I was so impressed with the entire experience that I purchased an annual service contract which covers both fall and spring equipment inspections, discounts on parts and labor, and other savings.

Awesome HVAC company! I highly recommend. They provide excellent, honest service!

The technician, Robert, arrived promptly on time after calling to say he was on his way. He covered his shoes to protect the carpet - I have dogs so this wasn't necessary but so good of him. He was professional, listened to what I wanted to say about the HVAC, and then got right to work. He was friendly but in a way that did not keep him from his work. When finished, he explained everything clearly.
I will definitely call them again for maintenance and any issues I have.

HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited is a professionally run operation with incredibly helpful (and knowledgeable) employees. Steve has serviced our HVAC unit for the past 18 months and he is simply awesome. Always on time, knows his stuff inside and out - a consummate professional. And Tee is always helpful and incredibly quick to respond when I need to schedule an appointment. A great operation with great professionals!

Staff and technician Joe M. were responsive and accommodating of my schedule mix-up. Joe was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful, ensuring that my system was running properly. It was reassuring that he took care to cover his shoes in my house and wore his mask properly throughout the entire visit. HVAC Unlimited always sends great professionals!

This is my second time using HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited. Both times they were responsive after hours and were professional, thorough and had a great price for the repair. Josue was great today with walking me through all the steps of the inspection and repair. Highly recommend!

Bi-annual inspection done through contract with condo management. Although Heating and Air Conditioning unit was found to be in good working order, a small leak in the connecting pipes causing condensation when AC used was found by the certifying technician Robert. He did promise to return to seal the leak that day and true to his word, he returned AFTER he completed his work for the day on the units in the other building. He was knowledgeable, professional and took extra time to answer my questions. I trust his expertise and appreciate his dedication that he did not wait for the next day - or longer.

These guys are awesome! Randy did a walk-thru and offered solutions to the repairs we needed (Heating System replacement, Humidifier, Gas Fireplace repair) - all original equipment (+25 years old).

He put together a range of options and we decided to have all repairs done (and much cheaper than other quotes). A team came out and in one day completed all three jobs - and we are happy to have efficient heat on the third floor and a fireplace in the basement on all the time. They revitalized our house - looking forward to the next 25 years!
