Looking at the whole picture, I would highly recommend HVAC/ Plumbing Unlimited, they were not originally a company I was going to reach out but glad I did! Their price for the HVAC system plus water was right in our budget! From Dylan to Isabel and the entire install team were top notch! Respectful, responsive (which I didn't get a whole of) and pleasant to deal with! Plus they did a very fast on scheduling. I had this all set up in a course of one full week! From estimate to final installation (which was today)!!!

The pictures show a whole new world!!! A+ company that would be added to everyone's list to get quotes if you are in market for a new HVAC system.

Just a side note: they deal mostly with Carrier so you could get a very competitive pricing with HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited!!!

I've been using HVAC Unlimited for several years now and they are truly top notch. I recommend the annual heating/HVAC inspection service plan. They will give you status updates on their arrival and will teach you valuable things about your system. Professional and helpful, I keep recommending HVAC Unlimited to my friends. Also - felt comfortable that they have appropriately adjusted to these COVID times with masks/shoe covers for the house, etc.

Both the scheduler and technician were incredibly honest, and tried to diagnose the problem remotely without a paid visit. Eventually we had to have the technician visit the property, and he was great. He identified/repaired the problem, did not try to oversell repairs or services, and did a full check of the system to ensure it was working properly. The pricing was fair and up front. I’ve already recommended this company and that particular technician to our neighbors.

JUST ask for STEVEN WORTHY and all ur heating or cooling needs will be met with the friendliest and the most professional technician i have ever had the pleasure of working with. Call early to get him scheduled for any of ur services, because his schedule fills up fast! I drove through the night to make sure I was home on time for my appointment, so that i didn’t have reschedule, because I was terrified if I rescheduled, with only one month left before my inspection due date, I might not get into his busy schedule! First started using HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited several years ago when my home warranty company had sent three previous service Groups to work on the HVAC unit. No one was able to get it right but HVAC and Plumbing. I've been using them ever since. When I finally had to get a new HVAC system, they worked with me to ensure I purchased a system that met my home's individual needs. Every technician that has been to our home has been polite, on time and provided impeccable service. Highly recommend!

HVAC was very responsive, despite being a weekend and Jeff did a thorough job explaining all my options with the pros and cons. He really works with you to get the best outcome for your particular situation. The repair and installation were first rate and Jeff went over all the features of my new water heater. He stayed late to ensure that everything worked properly and the area was cleaned up completely. Jeff is personable and professional - a real pleasure to meet. I liked the fact that HVAC provides a military discount. HVAC installed and services my heat pumps as well and they do a great job there as well.

HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited is amazing! Bert and Martin were an absolute joy to do business with and they totally made my day! They arrived on time, thoroughly tested each component of my HVAC system, and even wore booties over their work shoes. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they were very patient and willing to explain complex technical terms in a way that was easy for me to understand. Though the combination of professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency is a rare commodity these days, it seems to be the norm in the technicians I've met from this company. We have been leasing and had an AC unit go out on us. We went through three different companies and none of them were competent enough to fix the problem- they wanted us to buy a new system. When I called HVAC, they got to me right away. The man they sent, Josue was amazing. Not only was he able to figure out what the problem was, he was able to show me why it broke, then fixed it very quickly. It is so good to have someone work on your equipment they actually knows what they are talking about. Since then, every time there is an issue (we have three units), we always call them and they always fix my equipment without costing me an arm and a leg and always come quickly.
