Great team! Jason worked with me for quite a while on design and quotes and offerred some great advice. They ultimately installed two new heat pump systems. The crew was meticulous, respected my home and were great to work with. Very happy with my choice to use them.

Recently purchased my home about 3 months ago and lost power to my heating during the first snow of the season. After calling other shops with no one being able to see me for days, I called West End. The person who took my call was very understanding of my situation and was able to fit me in same day. But even better, the tech (Jason) showed up within an hour! Jason came in and was quickly able to pinpoint the issue and began working to get my heat up and running again. Through his entire visit, he was walking me through his process, giving me pointers and best practices (definitely nice for a new homeowner). Very professional, made sure he did everything the right way to ensure that I was good to go. He was done as quickly as he got here at a very reasonable price. Good thing they are right around the corner because they just earned a customer for life!

These guys are the best. They answered my phone call on the first try - other companies didn't even call me back when I left messages. They were professional and timely. To me, the best part about their service was how they explained everything going on. I didn't feel in the dark like I have with other repair services. Really excellent value. WOW!!! I am almost looking forward to more AC problems so I can call West End Htg & Air - perfect customer service! They called to confirm my appointment then called and said they were coming as scheduled, the “other “ company didn’t show or call I had to call them!!! Spent time explaining my options, checked my system, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need!
