My technician was friendly and professional! I had to get a part ordered for my unit and it came very quickly. The staff over the phone were warm and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
Do not use this rude unprofessional company. This was an American Home shield call however, their contractor was West end HVAC did not do their part and was rude to my wife and hug up on the representative from my warranty company American Home Sheild (AHS). The lady that answered the phone is named Sharon and was argumentative with people who just wanted answers to fix a problem. They made up a diagnosis, and claimed that they forwarded the information to my warranty company (lie), they did not send anything to them and wanted, 1235.00 for something they never discussed with anybody in order to rush us off the phone. As I talk to the representative fro AHS they have West end has yet to follow up with me about a part that was taken off my unit the disconnecter and was hidden from me as a practice by their company. I was told this what they do every call, they could have asked me to turn it off at they breaker instead of hiding my property instead of treating the customers like children. So do not used this shady company.
We have nothing but good things to say about Jason and West End Heating & Air. They were always on time, professional, clean, courteous, and did an excellent job installing a brand new HVAC system in our old home.
Wonderful company to work with!! Angela was great to talk to and she squeezed me into the schedule before a holiday weekend. Charlie worked hard to fix the problem quickly and got our air conditioning fixed! Great job!

Stan was awesome. He arrived way ahead of schedule, did his troubleshoot and gave me a definitive response as to what the issue was. The rest is up to AHS. Thanks Stan for your professionalism. *UPDATE* I was told that I had a bad compressor and needed refrigerant. I got a second d opinion and was told that my compressor was not bad at all. I didnt have refrigerant all of a sudden because the system was purged due to tampering with the main something pin for the pressure test. The ONLY issue with my unit was the fan. The tech showed me where my capacitor was disconnected along with my fan. I was told WEM has a habit of "making" problems for profit. This particular tech has went to jobs that WEM responded to initially to correct what they have done. Of course this was the one time I allowed any tech to do what they are supposed to without me being right there. Had I been, I would have let DEQ know immediately behind the refrigerant. I had to pay considerably less to have ther nonsense they caused redone but the end result is the AC is now working . I will be contacting the BBB be ause someone needed to reimburse me for the cost of refrigerant. The fan is on me. NEVER AGAIN will West End Mechanical set foot on my property. Lesson learned . Thanks a bunch Chatty Stan. I get it now.

It was like they didnt have sweat glands. Not only that but they were great people to have in your home. Theyre really down to earth people. If u need ac repairs go the these people. They know their stuff and they will treat you well.
West End Heating and Air has been wonderful to work with. They arrived on time and installed both the heat pump and air handler. They were polite, explained the new system and did a very neat job.
Such a great company! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and understanding while we were stressing out on a super hot day. The service guy was quick and efficent and explained everything so well. Definitely going to keep their magnet on my fridge for future use.
I have used West End numerous times. Their service is excellent, their technical skills are too. Also, all the staff has been polite, helpful and communicate well. You don't have to sit around wondering when the technician will arrive.
