West End Heating and Air

West End Heating and Air is not perfect, but they are the best I have ever dealt with in real estate in a career spanning decades. I came to West End from another company that tried to charge me $7000 for something they fixed much cheaper. West End has very, very nice people who will work with you. They are very responsive, too. That means a lot to me, and it should to anyone who owns property, either personal or investment. Benefit from my experience and learn from my mistakes and go with West End Heating and Air from the start.

I was having an issue with my furnace not staying lit. I contacted Jason with West End Heating and Air from a friend who recommended this company. When I called I expected to reach a machine but I didn't, someone answered the phone. Not only did I reach a person but I was given the best customer service a customer could ask for. They treat you like a person and not just a number. I was given some trouble shooting issues over the phone before he sent someone out. Jason was so knowledgeable in his units he was able to fix it without having to come out. I couldn't thank him enough over the phone for helping me out. He ended the call by saying he was always taught to treat people like he wanted to be treated. And with that my friends is why I will continue to be a Customer of West End Heating and Air.

Technicians were great, clean, made sure not to make a mess, or leave a trace dirt anywhere. All in and out in one day to install new heat pump with furnace. Office staff a pleasure to talk to, everyone very helpful.

West End recently replaced an old heat pump. They started the project ahead of schedule to make sure it was finished before a predicted snow storm. I was impressed with the knowledge and promptness of the installers.

This is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION that I have seen in a LONG time. They came to my home because I discovered that my system had run out of coolant. They informed me that my system actually was on its last legs and I needed a new one.

They were very upfront and honest with me about what I needed and didn't try to sham me or oversell me. They worked me into their schedule because they didn't want me to be uncomfortable in my home for a long period of time.

They came in (Brian was his name) and installed my new system and left my home in such great condition, you would have never known that they had been there. Brian's co worker set up my thermostat and showed me how to use it.
I was VERY pleased with this process from beginning to end.

My HVAC broke at the outset of a heat wave recently. Since my previous company couldn't come for three days, I called West End. Their technician Stan arrived only three hours later, diagnosed the problem, and had our system back up and running by the next morning. The customer service staff were friendly and responsive; I appreciated their text message updates, and the technician was professional, courteous, prompt, and the price very reasonable. I couldn't ask for more from an HVAC company, especially in the middle of hot weather when they're in high demand!

My unit was diagnosed last week by West End heating and Air and they ordered the part and came out to do the repair today. It was a quick turn around time. I appreciate the customer service onsite during the repair. I will use West End again.

I was having problems with my asthma, and I called West End Heating and Air and they came out and cleaned my furnace of all the mold and trash that was inside. They even helped me get the proper filters for the furnace. I definitely feel like they have helped get rid of the stuff that was causing my asthma to flare up. They were extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had. I will definitely continue using them and I highly recommend them for anyone that looking for a great HVAC company!

West End Heating and Air came on the same day I called my report into America Home Shield (AHS). KUDOS for them!!!. I was without air conditioning for 3 weeks in temperatures over 95 while we waited for AHS to locate the part. They kept changing the “story” about the when it was ordered and the status. They should have left getting the part in the hands of West End Heating and Air. Once they got the part, it only took them 2 hours on what was estimated to be a 4-hour job. For West End Heating and Air, it was a Hit, for AHS it was a miss.
