Jason was absolutely amazing. Our 2nd floor unit went out late Saturday and he responded to our call within 30 minutes Saturday night. He arrived at our home at 7:00 am and had our unit fixed in no time. We have worked with WEHA in the past and their response time and service is ALWAYS amazing!

This company is amazing from the receptionist to the technicians. This morning, Jason B. was sent to my home to provide an estimate to improve my heating system. Before he proceeded with the estimate he fixed an unknown gas leak! He is the best! Last summer, other technicians came and fixed my AC after technicians from another a company botched up the work. They were very sympathetic. My AC has ran perfectly! I will only trust my HVAC needs with West End!

About two years ago they replaced my heating unit. Sometime later my house got hit by electrical storm and I replace my thermostat with an ecobee. The other day for whatever reason we had a power outage and ecobee did not come back on. I made contact with Jason the owner we started chatting next thing you know he said I’ll be right over I realized it was 930 at night. Jason came out replaced my thermostat and he went on his way. Their service is amazing. The unit was under warranty but he still came out at 930pm!! Amazing group of people!!

Where to begin? It was a hot, and humid day in Virginia. Of course that’s when the air conditioner stops pumping out cool air. I called 2 other companies and never heard from them but, who responded to my inquiry within minutes of entering my info online? Jason from WestEnd Heating and air. He came promptly and fixed our system within minutes quickly diagnosing a failed capacitor. Did I mention this was on a Saturday at 6:30pm. Less than 3 hours later we are enjoying frosty cold AC. Thanks again Jason. I’m calling you for all my HVAC needs from now on.

I had great service ! Called at 9am, was told they would be out same day, service tech called at 12:45 said he was on his way, got there at 1pm, was done and out the door by 1:30. The price was better than the "bigger outfits" in Richmond. I would highly recommend them to anybody with HVAC issues.

Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He educated my family throughout the process. He displayed patience and was punctual for the appointment. Aaron asked if my family had any questions when he was done and expressed that he would be available in the near future if we had any issues with the service. West End Heating and Air is a great company to deal with . I would recommend their services.

West End Heating and Air was sent out by my home warranty company. I was contacted within 24 hours to setup the appointment and the technician was Jeremy. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixed it quickly. He also showed me pictures of one of my areas of concerns. Jeremy was knowledgeable and provided me with all the details related to my issue. He also made a service note that he provided my warranty company, they have already contacted me to get that work completed. Nice job West End Heating and Air, glad to see a company still doing business the right way.

My husband and I have used Jason with West End Heating and Air for almost 5 years for our restaurant. They really shinned when we had to give him a call 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. We got home on a 100 degrees day with our toddler and had no AC! He had our AC on and pumping by 7:15 that same night!!! Jason has raised the standards for the entire industry. West End Heating and Air has consistently delivered professional services from installment through repairs. They teach, update and follow through with their commitments to customers. I highly recommended them for your business or residential repairs!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Beware! This company is compete and utter trash. 3 summers in a row I have had issues. My unit was covered by warranty through them. They had to replace the motherboard last summer and it burned up in a day and they tried to blame me! The next technician that came out removed the west end heating and air sticker (which was on there when I bought the house) and tried to
Say they hadn't installed the unit and it was not under warranty. They didn't even want to fix
The board they installed that broke. Compete thievery. I've since taken my business elsewhere but do not call unless you want them to sabotage your unit and rack up bills.

West End Heating and Air was actually sent through my warranty with American Home Shield. I was so pleasantly surprised that they sent such a good company, as that is not always the case.

I put my claim in on a Tuesday night. I received a very polite and timely phone call from West End first thing Wednesday morning. I know they were extremely busy. As usual, this happened during a wave of 95-100 degree heat.

They could not get anyone out that day (which was very understandable). But their technician was out before 10:00 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.
My tenant was very happy!!!
I own several properties and will likely be contacting West End Heating and Air directly as well as requesting them when I do have an AHS claim.

I would highly recommend them.
