West End Heating and Air

We recently had our heat pump replaced by West End Heating and Air and I would like to commend them for the quality work performed. The installation was neat, precise and totally as promised. They took care of everything and made sure we were informed during the entire process. I would recommend West End unequivocally for HVAC repairs or installation. Thanks so much team!

I can't say enough great things about Jason and his team from West End Heating and Air. All of the technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, and Jason especially is incredibly professional. They have solved numerous heating/air and water heater problems in our house, some involving extra trips; in addition to the technicians, the office staff is always pleasant and courteous. I'm so thankful to have found WEHA because they are the one service company in which I have 100% confidence.

Jason and the guys helping him arrived @ my house on time, 8am and immediately started working. They replaced 2 coils and 2 a/c units. At 12:30, one of they guys brought me the invoice and warranty books. I signed the invoice and they were in their way.
Everyone @ West End was very friendly and professional. They worked hard and did a very good job!

I really appreciated your honesty through the whole process, not trying to up sell me anything, change my whole system or try to add on service plans or items we didn't need. Jason came out on a Saturday the day we called him and got our AC up and running in no time. We appreciate his speedy arrival and great work!

My heat pump broke, and West End Heating serviced it. They were able to give me a diagnosis, order the part, and repair my unit in 3 days. The staff and technician were stellar and I appreciate good work. I will definitely use their services again😊

Was told I needed a $600 repair that would not be covered by my home warranty. I asked them to resubmit it to the warranty and they never did. They would not return calls to my home warranty. Finally got home warranty company to send another HVAC company out for a second opinion. They told me that West end did everything in their power to make it look like my air handler was broken and needed a new motor. They switched off the power on the unit, left the door on the unit open and ttrippedt the breaker thee second company powered on the unit and it works fine. No issues at all.

Roofers ran nails through our refrigerant line a few days ago. We got a high estimate but no one was able to fix it this week. West End Heating and Air was recommended by another HVAC company and they were very responsive, came out the next day on Saturday of the holiday weekend, got it fixed quickly and charged less than half of our first estimate. They will be the first ones we call next time.

Update to prior review. It seems that there was a disconnect between West End and AHS. One of the owners got in touch with me yesterday and listened to the entire situation. At that point he explained to me that America Home Shield had advised his office that someone else would be repairing my unit. AHS neglected to advise me of this change, nor did they send anyone after several calls to them by me. When the owner of West End was finally able to reach AHS, he offered to come and take care of the issue that day, but since I wasn't local he agreed to come out the following morning weather permitting. He called me this morning around 8am and stated he was in route to my home. He came out just before the ice storm put everything back together, and now the unit is working properly.

After getting several other quotes for water heater replacement, I contracted WEH&R to do the job. They were prompt and courteous. Jason and Charlie explained everything they would do and let me know what to expect during the installation. They did a great job and left the area around my water heater cleaner than they found it. i would recommend them.
