Jason and the team at West End Heating and Air are a great group to work with. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. We have used their services for years and they are reliable. We would recommend them to anyone with HVAC and water heater needs. Thank you for everything you do.

Jason was professional, friendly, and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately! We had two other companies charge us and never diagnosed or fixed the issue. After $700 electric bills for months, we decided to try them. I was impressed that he is a co-owner of the business, as he was hands-on and a clear expert in the field. We will be using and highly recommending this company going forward. Awesome and professional!!!

I’ve be reached out to West End Heating a couple of times through my Home Warranty and although they weren’t not able to help me with a specific issue I had, it was not their fault.

Stan was a good guy and was more informative than other contractors I had take a look and even offered some advice. Jason was also incredibly helpful in his service, explanation of what I should do on the future, and where I could save the most money.

Gypsy, who handles incoming calls, was incredible and probably one of the most friendly and understandings front line people I’ve spoken with in a long time. Very down to earth, understanding of the needs, and wanting and willing to chat.

Great experience overall, unfortunate it was not an HVAC related issue.

The office and technician had excellent communication when contacted to ensure they had the appropriate replacement and that they worked with our schedule. Our water heater and water valve broke causing us to turn off all water to the house. After calling at least 4 other companies who were “emergency” plumbing/heating companies, West End was still going to be the fastest (next-day) and most reasonably priced. They consciously tried to save us money, were very professional and approachable, and were speedy! I would highly recommend this company!

Everything was done very professionally and I really appreciated the texts letting me know when the appointment was set and the technician was about to arrive. The technician also took care to make making sure the house remained clean before while he worked. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service. Their time to process the paper work to my warranty company. The manager advised my husband about the Freon cost and what it will cost us I. The future if we were to have another leak in the system. We decided to replace the unit with this company and their price was great after comparing with Home Depot and their quote was $7000. One of their supervisor or owner was with the group to oversee. Great TEAM WORK!!

The technicians and office staff were great. The technicians were very knowledgeable and able to explain the issues and offered options to resolve them. Once we decided to have the work completed them, they arrived promptly, worked efficiently and were so courteous. I have already recommended them to someone I know who is also looking to replace their AC unit.

After learning that the AC had stopped working in our office space, we called West End Heating and Air. It's summer so I wasn't surprised to hear that they didn't have any open appointment slots, however the woman who answered the phone checked and said that they would work us in sometime that day. To my surprise, I got a call an hour later that they were on their way. Within 30 minutes the capacitor was replaced and we had working AC. Jason was great to work with and I felt that their pricing was very reasonable.
