West End Heating and Air

I have been using this company for a few years now for my house and the rental houses I own. I know that whatever the problem is they will be able to fix it and usually during the initial visit. When an outside unit totally died last winter they had a new one up and running in no time at all.

The technician, Jeremy was excellent in handling the problem and explaining the issues involved. Would certainly use Western heating and air again. Jeremy is a fine representative for West end heating and air.

I needed service but they didn't have an opening for 5 more days. The technician and the office was very kind and able to move around some things and was able to fit me in much sooner and for that I am truly grateful. Kathleen and Jeremy, you guys are the best!

West End Heating and air replaced a unit for me when everyone else told me it wasn't possible. they went above and beyond to help and resolve the issue. I cannot recommend them enough.
