    Have had two dealings with Genstar during very unfortunate times with them coming to the rescue.

    They have gone above and beyond each time. The team at Genstar really are some solid people who are thorough and helpful. Really appreciate everything they’ve done. I even have them on my personal calendar to call and do maintenance from now on.

    I have been without A/C since last year and it has truly been a struggle having a pet as well as dealing with health issues. I had the pleasure of being helped by Allen and Elvis. They were very respectful and efficient. I can't thank them enough for getting everything back up and running.

    I had a great experience with this company. Our heating and AC broke they came and fixed it very quickly. Allen Jenkins did an excellent job. He was kind, efficient, and everything works great! So grateful!

    I hate having to write this unfavorable review because up until recently I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Genstar. But the past two days has totally changed my opinion. The first day they rescheduled their initial appointment with me a half hour before they were to arrive. I get it, these things can happen; however, the next day they were a no-show, but this time they didn’t even bother contacting me. I had to follow-up a few times to see if they were in fact coming at all (figure I might as well stick around for a late arrival) but they weren’t even able to confirm that. Customers have to take time out of their busy schedules, as well as miss out on income, to make the appointment work at their end, and Genstar cannot even exhibit the bare minimum of professionalism by letting the customer know they won’t be able to make it. I also feel it’s important to add that on both instances the arrival time they gave over the phone did not match what they texted & emailed me, so subpar communication by Genstar at that end, too.
    The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of the positive experiences I’ve had with them in the past. I never write reviews, can’t stand to, but I had to come out of my shell on this one due to the blatant discourteousness. Not cool, Genstar.

    Allen & Elvis was wonderful, very professional and respectful. I would recommend them anytime. They also very quick and efficient. Appreciate the conversation and not just quietness. They were great. Keep them guys ‼️

    My heat broke down right before a massive winter storm + Christmas! At first, it was a total nightmare, but within a short time, Allen and Elvis restored comfort and safety to my apartment. Professional, upfront, knowledgeable, and helpful! Thanks so much! (PS: so sorry if I got the spelling of anyone’s name wrong! You guys were amazing!)

    Technician never showed up. I called the office 3 or 4 times. They confirmed I was on the schedule, but were never able to provide an update on when/if the technician would arrive. I never received any call back.

    Allen & Elvis did an outstanding job on our a/c and heating unit. Definitley recommend using this company for any issues.
