We found ourselves in a immediate bind when our hvac stopped working. Although no one wants to hear their system needs to be replaced Allen laid out all of options and gave us all the tools we needed to.make a solid decision. He came out the next day and replaced and tested our system. I give them the highest recommendation for punctuality, honestly, transparency, cleanliness, and value.
Carson was Excellent today! He got my ac working downstairs; I do have a few issues upstairs being my house was built in 2006; he broke the news to me gently LOL! But he also is following up with me with options ! He informed me of everything going on, and respected the fact that I understood his HVAC jargon. He honored the diagnostic price I was quoted , took pictures, etc. I am very pleased with this service and I feel pleased and I’m good hands when it comes to my hvac needs, esp Carson. He said one thing I won’t forget “he treats his customers house like he would treat his own.” thanks again
I had to bring a shed inside of my fence and i had someone take my gate down. In Which i should have hired the same people who took it down but they were tied up and i needed it back up ASAP so i called Gen star. I hired them to put it back up and they did a horrible job left a big gap in the gate and everything. Was not put back together properly and my latch was on the wrong side. I didn't like it and my Wife hates the way it looks.They charge by the hour and milked me out of so much money by doing a horrible job. The guy said that he would come back to rebuild with new wood. I called and ask him weeks later and no response. No integrity or honesty. I don't know how well they are in HVAC but putting back a simple task as a gate they did horrible. Bad customer service and hard to get in contact with. I hate i hired them! lesson learned
Charles and Dion were fantastic. Very kind to my 88 yr. old mum. Very professional and courteous, knowledgeable. Took their time to get everything done completely.
Allen is very knowledgeable about HVAC and the equipment he installs, Champion,, has a 10 year warranty on parts AND labor. If you use GenStar for your heating and/or cooling problems, you will be very pleased with the service he provides. I am.
