The customer service agent Allen was great and care about his customers and worked hard to meet your needs. The company prices are a little too expensive but that’s no fault of Allen’s. I do think Genstar is a good company. Allen Thanks for trying very hard to meet our needs, things just were a little too expensive and also working with our credit issues.

Allen provides great service, but for my next time I will get detailed pricing upfront. The price of the Tankless water heater he installed was 30% higher than the online price for the equipment, he has reasoning that the equipment he gets from his wholesaler is pricier and has better warranty etc. But he did not feel it was important to clarify these upfront. Other than for that, I think he did a good job, I will hire him again.

Charles and Danwyn were very friendly and competent. They went the extra mile to improve our A/C. Very knowledgeable. Arrived within hours of call giving us emergency service on a very hot day.

I have gone without a functioning air handler or heat pump for years. Instead we were dependent on heaters and portable AC units. Allen and Carson from Genstar have been amazing. I had a new air handler and a new Heat Pump installed. My ductwork has been repaired and we received a new modern dual thermostat. This experience has been the best by far. They are Covid-19 competent and maintained every precaution to keep me and my family safe. I now have central air. The service was exceptional. I will definitely utilize Genstar again to have my water heater replaced.

Called them to replace my water heater because it was leaking all over, They recommend a Bradford White, which we love it’s a bit more expensive than hot water heaters we found at Lowe's but the professional product quality is unmatched.

Serviced our AC. I was reluctant not being there while service was done. Technician was asked by my wife to give me a call and advise of issues and solutions. Were knowledgeable and polite! Unit up and running whisper quiet! I myself am in the service business and live by the motto, cheap is not good, and good is not cheap! I will definitely call again if any issues arise!
