This week I had my routine, twice a year, ✔️ up of my home's hvac system performed by Bryan and John. I received a phone call prior to their arrival and when they arrived they went straight to work accessing equipment. They both answered my questions thoroughly and enthusiastically. I received a progress report immediately following their visit via email that outlined all information discussed at the visit. Both Bryan and John were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable and I'm very pleased with their visit. Keep up the great work!

Service tech named Luis arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained the issues and how he was going to resolve them. Unit was fixed and back running in a short amount of time after resolving a number of issues. I would definitely use Eveready Service Experts again.

The plumber that actually came out to perform the services was wonderful and did everything that was requested, which is strange to say considering this is a 1 star review. The issue came about from the customer service that was received. After having all of the gas pipes replaced at the property due to a leak, I was informed that the job was completed and payment was given in full. It was not until literally over a month later that tenants moved into the property and informed me that the (gas) heating was not working. Apparently the City of Richmond requires a permit and an inspector to come out and sign off on any natural gas work such as this before gas can begin running to the property again. This was something that was never communicated to me and something that had apparently not happened over the course of 30+ days even though the company claimed that the permit was filed. After getting in touch with their customer service an inspector was able to come out within two days and sign off on the work. I'm led to believe that nothing was ever done to follow up with the city after the work was done. The manager I spoke to claimed that it was common to have the city take 30+ days to inspect gas work which I found completely laughable as an excuse. This would mean that if a property ever required a gas line repair in Richmond, it would essentially be unlivable for at least a month as there would be no heat, hot water, or a working stove. This caused a tremendous amount of trouble and wound up costing hundreds of additional dollars in order to assist the tenants with no heat during the dead of winter.

Even though they were running late ( lots of power outages from the night before), Aymari and Callie were very thorough with the service checkup on our two units. They even secured my floor vents which were not snug to the floor after a vent cleaning a few months back and checked our water heater. They were very professional and personable and thoroughly explained the status of both units.

Our technician Josh was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Solved our problem right away. He did a great job and took great care of us! Our pup also loved him!

Today, I was able to meet Josh and Kenny. They were thorough and explained everything so I and my partner could understand. This process was fast and easy. Also their customer service was excellent!!!

Kaylee was super knowledgeable and extremely professional! The other guys that have been coming for years, usually stay for 15 min. Kaylee was here for an hour + she cleaned our unit inside and out, she also changed our filter, and gave me great advice about replacing our hot water heater. I did not realize it had been so long since it was replaced. She was amazing! I highly recommend requesting Kaylee, I know we will!

Joey and Joshua took an emergency call and came out to my rental property on Memorial Day to look at my non functioning A/C unit! They were knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I ended up needing a whole new A/C unit and they scheduled it the very next day! It cost me a pretty penny, but they explained some financing options and also hooked me up with 10 year coverage so I don’t have to worry about the A/C, even down to them coming out and servicing the unit and changing filters. They also knocked off some of the fees where they could since I was buying a whole new unit from them. I’m highly impressed and definitely recommend this company!

Kayle was excellent today. She is very good at her stuff. She came in to check my system for an annual checkup. She went above and to make sure all the systems were working correctly and she made her recommendation. My friend recommended I request her and I'm glad I did.
