Luis and John service my AC unit this morning. I received an Awesome customer service experience. They were on time. Worked effectively and explained what they did and confirmed where my cut off valve was located. Best service ever.

I was very surprised to see a woman on the job. Kaylee was professional. Knew what she was doing. Gave me helpful tips. Very polite and courteous. I look forward to seeing her on my next tune up.

Extremely high cost to do business with this company for a very ordinary service request. Although I have used this company for service on a prior job and was satisfied, I will never consider using them again...complete price gouging.

Update: One message left from the Service Operations Manager with Eveready. After three return phone calls with two messages left to contact me and no response, it appears they don't really care to resolve this issue as they originally stated regarding my service dissatisfaction. I do not recommend using this company.

Justine set up an appointment for a plumber for us yesterday along with the names and time .. She texted to let us know when he was headed to our house and the approximate time . When Brandon and Aiden arrived ON TIME they used booties over their shoes . We had just put in new floors and my OCD loved that . We were given a price BEFORE they started . While Brandon was working under the sink my husband came in with groceries. While Aiden was waiting to help Brandon he jumped right on in and helped my husband bring the groceries into the house . Brandon showed us the parts he removed and explained why it had failed .In the past the plumbers who have worked on our house have had to take breaks to run to the hardware store to get parts . Brandon worked the entire time and we were amazed he had it done within an hour and a half . They cleaned up and had everything in order when they left . Excellent service . We will be using them again if a plumbing issue comes up .

Excellent service and information from Samuel! This is no reflection on Sam and the service he provided. However the schedule and the pricing was different than what was quoted when the service technicians first arrived today. The first service technicians Matt and Alex arrived with the understanding that it was an AC repair and what was requested from the original appt was to fix the water overflow to the pan for the AC. The price was quoted to be $201.00 by Matt and Alex to install the easy jack with a discount for our troubles with scheduling and communication on the companies part. However, the charge was doubled and we paid $400.00.

Kenny and Kaylee were my service techs. They were very professional and pleasant. Pricing was great for the "special" tune up and they gave me insight and advice on projects that I may need in the future. I will look to them again in the future.

Great Service had scheduled appointment for regular maintenance on my AC Unit ,too make sure everything was in good order for the summer. Kaylee Paler was nice and professional did a good job. AC unit sounds like it’s running smoothly and better.

Josh was great. He fixed our AC real quick. He was totally drenched with his own sweat because he was fixing it from our attic. As it turned out, after troble shooting the whole dystem, he found out that it was the smart honeywell thermostat I ordered drom amazon that had some issues. He temporarily replaced it with our old thermostat and our AC is now functioning great. He assured us that once the thermostat replacement from amazon would arrive they would install it for us with alacrity!

Alex (Service Technician) was fantastic to work with. He came out assessed our issues and provided multiple options for repair and/or replacement. He came back on a subsequent visit and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. I appreciated the interaction and would recommend him highly.
