Service was quick and on time Brandon B. Was very friendly and professional. He took his time to explain the situation and knew what he was talking about. Highly recommend! Matt and Josh came out this time and did an excellent job. They informed me on exactly what I needed and was very friendly

They called me (called ME) and offered me a “$69 HVAC” tune up”. Came out..informed me it was actually PER UNIT so my total was now $138. This was not communicated over the phone. Went ahead with it since they were there. Spent a hour at my house just to tell me my unit is “old” and that there was nothing they could do but “clean it” and that this wouldn’t do anything to make it last any longer. Then tried to sell me on them putting in new units. Why do a cleaning if it’s pointless (as he in his own words said)

Spoke to someone on the phone at the office and he said that they “did everything they could” to hopefully make my units last longer and that was worth $138. I don’t think so. This place is a SCAM.

Kaylee was friendly and knowledgeable, we appreciated their time and that they didn’t try to charge us for a tune up when we were about to replace our heat pump. They offered to come back and service our new unit once it was installed.

Kaylee and Kenny are who you need to come and visit for all your HVAC needs! Personable and knowledgeable in so many things! I look forward to the winter maintenance visit!!

Eric came over to our home to unclog a sink. He introduced himself, put on shoe covering, and went to work. He gave me all my options and the pricing. This allowed me to know exactly what I wanted to have done. It turned out that I needed the lesser expensive service to unclog my sink. I would definitely recommend EverReady and Eric for your plumbing needs.
