Nelson's HVAC, LLC

Nelson's has serviced the HVAC in my home for 7 years, though I am a new tenant. Between one missed appointment (no call, no show) and 5 ignored attempts to reschedule on my part over the course of several weeks (by both phone and email in case they were just busy) I am done trying to get their attention. Not recommended.

Mr. Nelson was outstanding at repairing my furnace. He was prompt on his response, professional, honest and fairly priced. He also helped me correct two smaller issues (at no cost) and provided a comprehensive evaluation of my HVAC system. Thank you for your great service. I will definitely use this company again.

Once the technician came to our house, everything was solved quickly.

This summer our HVAC died suddenly, though not unexpectedly (it was 26 years old). Searched Falls Church HVAC and Nelson's was the first to come up with a 4 star rating or better. Service was awesome start to finish. Their front desk woman was polite, friendly, and got us schedule within 2 days. Nelson and Neil then gave us many different unit/system options - no pressure to buy the most expensive one either. Best of all they did the tear-out and install in a single day. These guys were great and we definitely recommend using them. They're now our general service folks too.

I have used Nelson’s for years and have always had good interactions. They know their stuff and extended the life of our systems. I trust them and greatly appreciate that they have come out late, when we really needed them.

Nelson was fantastic! We called in a pinch on a Saturday when our furnace stopped working and he was able to come check it out immediately and get the whole thing replaced on Monday. Prices are very reasonable and he explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Nelson is the man!! Exceptional service and professionalism. First, he quickly responded to the service call and accurately diagnosed the issue. Second, he went above and beyond by working with me a second time in the same original issue by face-timing with me at a later date to show me how to reset a sensor that was preventing the furnace from starting. Patient, friendly, skilled. Highly recommend.

Terrific fireplace maintenance and advice from the gentleman who did the service. Arrived right on time. First time I've used Nelson's HVAC, but it won't be the last!

Replaced Gas Hot Water heater - Replaced broken one same day as called in a couple of hours and was the lowest cost based on my 3 quotes received.
