Very professional and courteous service. I was most impressed with Dustin’s troubleshooting skills and willingness to show me exactly what the problem was. Seeing low volt readings convinced me that parts were in fact expired. He also left behind the expired parts which I wish auto shop repair places would do. I truly appreciated the very responsive and caring effort to get my AC/furnace back online quickly.

I hired TemperaturePro to replace the external coil. Brian was of great help who secured the warranty part for me and has it delivered in a week. The installation work was done in time before the warm weather started. I highly recommend their service and definitely will switch to them for annual check-up as well.

The Temperature Pro team of Northern Virginia is fantastic. A family owned business, they really care about making their clients happy. I also put up with my dogs climbing all over them while they were trying to work. They squeeze me in on standby when my AC broke on a very hot today very thankful for them!

Dustin and his team of dedicated men installed a new boiler. It was an epic job since it was a tight fit but it was done thoroughly and with excellent communication keeping me informed on the progress. At the end I received an orientation to the new equipment so I at least have a general understanding of how it works.

This company and people are superior for their fair pricing and courteous manners. My husband & I were out of town during November and my elderly mother was home when our HVAC finally decided to quit - it was very stressful and concerning. They wasted no time to go and access the condition and in the end we decided to replace both the furnace and AC. I had shopped around just to see who else could compare to the price as well as the timing (due to supply chain issues) and they still beat them all. By the time we got home we had a new unit and a warm home. They recently came to do a follow up spring check and it was quick and on schedule. Oh we also had them clean all the vents prior to the new system - great job and fair/reasonably priced! We are also pending a schedule for the gas fire place to be inspected by them! Easy to work with and values your business!

This company is very professional and efficient. Technician Gordon Keene was very honest, straightforward and extremely helpful. Only reason I didn’t go with them is because the system in our newly purchased home is still new just not big enough to cover the sunroom addition that the seller made. Eve tho our current system is weak it’s only a small part of the house that is heated and the cost is too much just to buy a whole new bigger system to replace a brand new system we will use portable heaters to keep house balanced.

Our furnace started acting up and the temperature dropped quickly in the house. I appreciated the initial telephone consultation with Brian Anderson. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and so is his Technician Brice Beavers who replaced the broken vent motor and board the next day. I did not want to waste time by comparing estimates but the research on google made me feel comfortable with the given quote.

Brian and his team were superb. My HVAC died the day I moved into my new home and they were here a week later to install a new interior and exterior unit even with all the supply chain issues. I can’t recommend this company enough. Great service for an unbeatable price. I will be using them to service my unit going forward.
