This is my third time using Condon Reed. Every time, they have tried to see if they can help me solve the problem by myself--- to save me a time and money-- at the cost of them not doing a service call. Incredible! I am impressed with their honesty, professionalism and thoroughness. I will need to replace my AC soon, I know who I am calling. My electrician wants their number too. He was impressed as well.

I called at 1:00 that my heating unit had stopped working and they had someone out there by 2:30. I’ve used them for 18 years and would not use anyone else.

I’ve been using Condon-Reed for years and years because they are an honest, fair and professional company. And when it comes to pricing, they are very fair; you always get what you pay for. They replaced a 14 year old contractor-grade system yesterday at my house and they did an excellent job. Their crew was fantastic! They were on-time, respectful, knowledgeable, cleaned up afterwards… just an all around good group of guys. I will always call Condon-Reed for our HVAC needs. One of THE BEST HVAC companies around. My dad used this company for over 30 years and I do now. They are honest, reliable and punctual. They are not the biggest or have fancy TV ads, but they get the job done for a reasonable price and always give you all the available options to fix as opposed to just the most expensive.

Fast, quality service with fair prices. ARS Rescue Rooter and F H Furr both had much higher prices with a lot of pressure to replace my entire HVAC system instead of replacing the broken part.

Condon Reed has saved me time and money with their competency and honesty. I had a full replacement of my Carrier system (inside and outside) and the workmanship is first rate.
Had a technician out the other day and he replaced the main capacitor for half of what a 24 emergency service wanted. (Do not use the emergency services, wait for Condo Reed).

We have been utilizing their services for many years. They have always perform to high standards, solving problems other companies could not even identify.

This is my GOTO HVAC company!!!! I've even had to call them in AFTER others tried to scam me into buying a new system, mine is a 1989 Trane A/C system. They are busy, but THIS is because they are sooooo good. They could have charged extra but pointed out I did not require more coolant, but the capacitors had blown the fuse and needed to be replace. After work, they tested the IN and OUT of the A/C and it was within tolerances and has worked SUPERBLY ever since their repairs.

The receptionist transferred me to a technician to talk about what needed to be done. He was very helpful and transferred me back to the receptionist to set up an appointment. Unfortunately, she decided that they did not make service calls to high rise condominiums. I asked why, because the technician said it was not a problem. She said she would have the manager call me and that was the last I heard.

Mike and Tony were so kind and helpful in restoring our heat quickly. We are very grateful for their speed and kindness. Definitely would recommend.
