After 4 visits from another repair service, Nelson’s HVAC serviced and fixed by gas fireplace & it works better than ever!! I will definitely call them in the future and have deleted the others from my contact list!

We were new customers and Nelson came out the same day we called for service. He came out after hours with no additional charge. He was polite, friendly, and professional. I had a simple problem that he explained and fixed. He did not try to convince me there was any larger problem that required additional services. I was very pleased and will call him again.

My husband and I are so thrilled that Nelson is there to help us with all sorts of household issues, like fixing our gas fireplace, helping us install a light fixture in the dining room just in time for Thanksgiving dinner, and cleaning out the dryer vent that had become clogged with lint. He's very prompt, expert, fair, and takes time to explain safety issues. If we call him in an emergency he will come the same day and help us until the problem is fixed. He also considers the little things that are important, like changing into slippers before coming into the house on a rainy day. His prices are reasonable, considering his great service.

The best people and service I have ever hired. I’m sure that sounds far fetched but we call and they come. This last emergency was during our 100+ degree week They worked til 11 pm one night and were at my house the next am.

We had our AC units and water heaters replaced. Neil and his team are very responsive and did great work. No shady rip off deals. I'd come back to them for any future work as well.
