My AC broke and Neil from Nelson’s walked me thru getting a new system! I went ahead and replaced my system since it was 15 years old with zero issues… Neil is the nicest, honest, most efficient guy I have met. Nelson’s is Family owned and local to Northern, VA which I love. Thank you for all your help and thank you Neil for being my now go to HVAC company!

Nelson was amazing! Came out the next day after I called and gave me an estimate. The day after the work was done. It was a simple job, but I appreciated how quickly his team was and to get the job done. Great service, helpful and will definitely use them again.

Heater went down last night. Called this morning and they remedied the situation by night. I appreciate their prompt response and successful completed work.

The A/C unit in my home stopped working and Nelson's HVAC, LLC came out the same day to take care of it. Wilfredo Lopez was the technician and he was very transparent and knowledgeable. The system is working now and that was such a relief during these hot days!

Steven Nelson came out gave me quote for replacement for water heater. He very nice, professional, and polite. Discuss terms on warranty and parts coverage also. He gave me option of financing if needed.
