Nelson's HVAC, LLC

This is the second time I have called for service on gas fireplace. Very professional, answered all my questions, and the fireplace is ready to enjoy this winter season. Thank you Nelson’s HVAC!

Over the years we have used Nelson's HVAC for many projects. On Friday our gas fireplace was not working properly, so we phoned Nelson's. Nelson Revollo's son, 29-year-old Neil Revollo, came within two hours. We were so impressed at his expertise, professionalism, concern for safety, and friendliness. Neil is a graduate of McLean H.S., University of Virginia, and the Northern Virginia Community College HVAC program. He has spent long hours studying manuals and mechanisms about fireplaces. (He called it his "due diligence" on gas fireplaces.) He pinpointed our problem, fixed it, then showed us how we can handle this problem in the future. The highest compliment we can give Neil is that he is as thorough and expert as his father Nelson.

Do not waste your time or money with these guys. This company is unprofessional, incompetent and does sloppy work. Stay away.

1) On the day of the appointment, they were supposed to arrive within the 8-11am window. I waited all Saturday morning and decided to call them at 10:30am to remind them of the appointment and left a message because no one picked up. At 10 minutes 'til 11am, the secretary (who is very nice) called to say the technician was busy at another appointment and will be late. She couldn't tell me when they were due to arrive. So I had to suggest to postpone the appointment until next Wed afternoon. I gave instructions to call my brother-in-law since I would be at work.

2) Next Wed arrives and they blow up my phone to tell me they arrived. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law was waiting for their call.

3) After they vacuumed my duct, they put the cover back on upside down. 3 of the screws were not even screwed all the way in.

I will never used them again.

Excellent work installing a new AC unit in my circa 1950 building. The project lead's technical experience and remote communication skills were exceptional.

My trust in their work has been well earned by their honestly and commitment to the trade ☺️

We have used Nelson in the past. We need to set up follow up appointment to check downstairs furnace and repair findings from what he identified when he was here last week.

Nelson was professional and prompt. He offered options to fix my hvac problem. I would hire this company again.
