We’ve happily worked with Nelson for 20 years. He’s both maintained our HVAC and installed a new A/C when needed. He’s professional and trustworthy. He hires and trains the same way — we always have courteous and prompt technicians from his shop. Today’s service by Wilfredo and Andy was no exception. They were patient in explaining everything they were doing and went above-and-beyond to help us troubleshoot a problem with pesky mice getting into our outdoor unit.

When we needed a new air conditioner and gas furnace we shopped around and got quotes from four companies. Nelson's HVAC not only gave us great prices but they offered top quality system components. They also educated us as to our options. We ended up with a heat pump and new gas furnace and we are very happy. There was a hiccup in the installation due to the original wiring in the house. Nelson's HVAC team was relentless in tracking down the issue and resolving it even though they didn't cause it. They continued to support us until we were fully satisfied and the system was fully functioning.We highly recommend them. I have been doing business with Nelson’s HVAC for the last several years from routine maintenance, to replacing the water heater and now recently my interior and exterior HVAC unit. I’ve worked with Nelson and Neil directly many times and recommended them to friends, family and neighbors. Most recently in replacing my HVAC units, I worked directly with Neil who is extremely professional and responsive, takes the time to explain everything and coordinates the work to happen seamlessly. I would highly recommend Nelson’s HVAC if you want excellent customer service and workmanship at a fair price.

I don’t normally write reviews but when I get the service I got with Nelson’s HVAC repair, I feel compelled. Service was incredible! I noticed my heat stopped working at about 6pm on a Saturday, I googled repair places and found Nelson, I sent an email and he was here by 7 pm. I was expecting some crazy expensive charge for emergency service, nope $95 to diagnose the issue. Nelson got the part I needed and had my heat working by Monday evening for a very reasonable price. I will recommend this company to any I meet. Thank you Nelson and your team for taking such good care of me!

We are very pleased with Nelson’s HVAC heating and air-conditioning services. They are a professional and honest company. We had a new furnace and coil installed by them. All aspects of the service received from Nelson’s has been 5 star. All employees starting from the administrative office staff to the field technicians, and owners are polite, friendly and very knowledgable. Their prices are most reasonable - best value for the money. We will use Nelson’s HVAC for all of our heating, air-conditioning and electrical needs going forward.

I have use this company for over a decade for system maintenance. I will always remember when it was frigid out and the furnace stopped working. I was pregnant and huddled next to a space heater. Nelson came immediately to fix the problem. They are honest and helpful.

Nelson came to my house to diagnose an hvac problem. He was professional, very responsive, helpful, offered multiple solutions, did not try to upsell anything, and offering a quote for future work in writing before leaving my house. Much appreciated! Will be hiring him for those services soon.

Called Friday and was able to get on the schedule for Friday. Jesus was very knowledgeable and able to determine where the issue with zone controller dampers lay. Exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent work and very quick turnaround. I called Tuesday and unit was installed and operational by Thursday. We have used this company for many years and highly recommend them.
