Nelson's HVAC, LLC

Nelson's has been my go-to HVAC provider for quite a few years. They are better then the experiences I've had with others. By that, I mean that their people are better trained and more knowledgeable than other companies, and they are more committed to fulfilling my needs than in making a few bucks. Happily, they are competitively priced, so it doesn't cost me any more to use them. FYI - I am not associated with the company or anyone working there.

Andy and Will did a great job installing our brand new gas fireplace in! They were very friendly, worked fast and were really helpful in answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend!

Unbelievable, customer service..
My AC went on the blink at 5 PM. Most companies would tell you see you the next day or the next few days, but Nielsen came right out between six and eight, and returned with the Freon. The owner worked in my backyard till 10 PM getting me up and running incredible I cannot think Nelson enough

I called Nelson's HVAC at 10 AM on Thursday, 5/11. I had an appointment scheduled for the same day with a 1-3 PM window. Nelson arrived around 2 PM, very professional, courteous and personable. He had diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes, had the parts on the truck that were needed to be replaced and had our AC up and running within an hour. He explained all the procedures, diagnosis very clearly and easy to understand. Nelson was very thorough and honest throughout the entire process. He also explained how I could clean the outside vents on my own, instead of upselling services to come back and charge us for cleaning. He was also was respectful of me not wanting to use chemicals for cleaning the ducts that were close to my vegetable and flower beds. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

Nelson’s HVAC was able to schedule me for routine maintenance quickly. They arrived shortly before the appointment window and kept me informed throughout the maintenance visit. They discovered corrosion in my 15 year old unit and walked me through my options. When I decided on replacing the unit, they scheduled me for next day installation. Again, they arrived shortly before the appointment window and completed the installation. My only gripe was that the installation took longer than expected because there was moisture in the line and they needed to clear it. I can’t really fault them for that, and at least they were thorough. My technicians always wore shoe covers while indoors, addressed all my questions professionally, and cleaned up the job site. Definitely recommend!

Nelson’s did an emergency repair for me on the Fourth of July. They were out in under two hours from making the call, done in an hour once starting work, and were cheaper than all the other companies that couldn’t respond the same day. Great service.

Earlier this week, our A/C stopped working correctly and presented with the symptoms of a leak. Neil called back within minutes of submitting an online request. Like any real responsible homeowner, I received two other estimates. They could not touch the price I was given by Neil. I signed that night, and a technician was at the house the next morning at 7 am. Roger and Mario were awesome to have working at the house. They did an unbelievable job. Before they left Roger gave me a very detailed explanation on the functions of the system, how to clean the drain line, etc. I would highly recommend Nelson HVAC to anyone looking to have AC&R work done.

We are renting our main house out while work takes us out of the area. It could be very difficult to deal with problems from a distance, but Nelson's HVAC have always been quick to check out the problems of our older system and repair them efficiently and quickly as possible.

Absolutely recommend using Nelson's HVAC! Neil was friendly and very knowledgeable. He came out on the 4th of July and saved us when our AC stopped working and the house was 86 degrees inside. Thank you! 🙂

The Nelson HVAC team is incredible. They are experts at diagnosing and repairing issues. They are fairly priced. They I stall new units, and can take care of just about anything. I have no hesitation in referring them to anyone.
