Our heat went out during the blizzard in Jan 2016. Nelson was the only one willing to come out and look at our unit the next day. He diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained our options, and ultimately installed a new unit - all while having to shovel a 30 foot path through 2 feet of snow to install it. They went above and beyond for us, all for a fair price and no extra charges.
