Uses Nelson’s HVAC to repair my fireplace. The technician came out on time and was very thorough.

My old AC unit stopped working and they had a new one installed and running within 24 hours. Their crew was prompt and friendly, and Mr. Nelson came at the end to inspect all the work his crew had done. Will definitely use them again.

Nelson is a hero! Everyone on the staff was very profession and polite and there was a a bit of delay on arrival to my location but because of how much work Nelson has. When he arrived he had all his gear prepped, asked me questions to have a better understanding of the problem and he took care of everything without an hesitation. I would highly recommend his service again, went from having no cold air coming in to it feeling like winter in July. Thank you Nelson!

Neil took my call after hours to help diagnose a problem with my furnace. They also snuck us in to get the new furnace installed after our 18 year old heater was having constant problems.

Our furnace broke and Nelson and his team were quick to not only find a gas leak, but make repairs and replace our HVAC system the very next day! We are all safe, comfortable and warm. Nelson was honest and dependable and I cannot recommend him and his team enough.
