ARS in the past been a bit of a challenge when attempting service/repair calls. However, the technician who came out for the HVAC maintenance was courteous, professional and very positive. He represents his company well.

My service was basically a rip-off for a home maintenance program. Being over-charged for a basic component of my HVAC ($281.00 for a capacitor) is an insult. This was not a service call On top of that, my messages for manager Eric Walker to call me went unanswered. Very poor service if not rude. This is a complete lack of service and I am surprised to see it at the upper level of management. I will be calling to end my home maintenance plan as soon as I contact another Trane accredited company.

Called as advised before arriving,polite,pleasant,explained everything and left accessed areas put back together and lights turned off.
This second visit was due to a problem and his technical knowledge led to a fast temporary repair until new part can be gotten (visit late Friday).He was again on time,called to let me know he was on his and besides being very professional he was friendly also.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Such an unprofessional company. They can careless that we set an appointment twice they never showed up. Homedepot uses them to have your AC checked out. Never would recommend.

3 years ago I selected ARS to replace my 17 year old upstairs HVAC Heat-pump system. Great system and installation team. I have a maintenance contract to check my two systems during season changeover. ARS personnel are always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They let you know if any additional services are required or recommended - no high pressure sales tactics! I highly recommend you consider ARS for your HVAC/Heating needs/service.

ARS installed 2 brand new Rheem units in my 5 years ago. I purchased an extended warranty for both units but they failed to notate my account properly so Oct this year they tried to charge me $2100 to replace the evaporator coil on the upstairs unit. Luckily I called to inquire about the service & pricing and spoke to Meagan in service that was knowledgeable enough to catch the error and clarified that the units are under warranty and there will be no cost. I'm still disappointed that this happened after only 5yrs. I have other properties with older units and I haven't had the issues I've had with this unit. After the Oct visit I was told the part had to be ordered. I waited to hear back from ARS but no one called to say anything. I called them on Oct 30th to see if the part had arrived bcuz shipping carriers have the ability to ship ANYTHING in a short time and the part was in. Well why didnt I receive a call? How long has the part been there? I've been without any heat and the temperatures had dropped to the 30's at night. They schedule me for Nov 1st and sent lead technicians Purcell with the new part. After getting the part upstairs in the attic he realizes it's the WRONG coil. He think they its the coil for the downstairs unit. He gets the part upstairs in the attic area but now he can't get it down so he leaves it there in the attic and says they'll be in contact to discuss how to proceed. Today is now November 9th 2018 and I haven't heard anything from anyone at the company since Nov 1st when the technician came with the wrong part that's still sitting in my attic. I've been without heat or A/C since October on a new HVAC unit that I purchased from this company only 5yrs ago that included an extended warranty. Please consumers be careful and definitely think twice before using this company. Clearly they don't value my business and they hard earned cash money I paid for my new HVAC units
