The whole process of getting anew heat pump went smooth. Andy in sales was very straightforward and gave me good information to make an informed decision. After signing the contract they came out with in a few days to install. David and Moses were thorough and took extra care to make sure they didn’t leave a mess. I appreciated that Moses showed me in detail the work they did in the attic. They finished the job in 1 day as stated. They charged what I believe to be a fair price for the job and am completely satisfied.

Repeat customer. I just had the second unit replaced using Taylor Heating and Air by Derek and Juan. The first unit was replaced 4 years ago. Wes was able to answer my questions and I went with a newer split system on the left in the pic that's much quieter and very efficient. T99 thermostat with WiFi is awesome. Installers took their time and we're very professional.

I received two new units and I was very impressed with the work. They removed all of the old units and did it neatly and professionally. There was no mess left behind after their crews left. Installed two new google nest learning thermostats. Went over the warranty and maintenance information thoroughly. They checked to ensure all the work they had done that day was working and running smooth prior to them leaving. Great quality work from the crew of Brandon, Chase, David, and Moses.

Great is not the word for this company its extraordinary. If I could give them 10 stars I really would. If you like dealing with honest and great people, this is the place you need to go. It's been a very long time since I have worked with a company that has the great old-fashioned, morals and values. I Highly recommend Taylor Construction Heating and Air. The mechanics Chase and Moses were exceptional. Free estimate was given and process was explained thoroughly. Price was lower than other companies I researched. Installation went smoothly and promptly. Operation of unit and thermostat was explained and all questions answered. I will definitely refer this company and use again for all of my heating/cooling and construction needs. Thanks Taylor construction.

Overall excellent from beginning to the end. Starting with Mr. Taylor’s willingness to help me, then sending Andy and his wonderful spirit and the education he provided us, really opened our eyes. Then speaking with Wes who made it all possible. They do exactly what they say they are going to do, Juan and David arrived on time and they answered all of my husband's questions, and comforted him with his concerns. This has been a beyond service experience and in this day you don't get that with companies, they treated and cared for me as a customer, not a number. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs A/C service, remodeling, any type of home improvement and they are at the top of my conversation. These folks did a great job. They came out, inspected my dead heat pump system, provided me with a few options and a lot of supporting information so I could make a decision that fit my needs. They provided me with references and complete information about their company. The contract was clear and concise. On the appointed day, the crews arrived promptly, organized the tasks effectively, kept me well informed and coordinated the inside work to minimize disruptions. They cleaned up the debris, explained the operation of new equipment, and made sure I was satisfied with their work before asking for payment and signatures. Every member of the team, was nicely dressed, polite and courteous. So far I have no complaints at all with the company or the new Bosch heatpump system they installed for me. The price was good, the people were top shelf and I am happy to recommend them.

Taylor has done an excellent job on our heat pump installation this year. We moved to an 18 seer and noticed the house staying cooler and the pump running less often. Thanks to Dillon for being great at his job and a sweetheart to boot!

Brandon and Chase arrived early in the morning to replace our upstairs furnace. They worked diligently throughout the morning.They were courteous, professional and took time to answer all my questions. We will definitely use them again for all our HVAC issues from now on. I am so happy to have found this company!
