Design Air

I have utilized the services of Design Air for the last two years. They have always been prompt, even providing emergency service. The technicians have always provided me with great information. In the past when I contacted another local HAVAC company, they sent me a representative that attempted to sale me a whole new system, telling me the builder of the home configured all the duct work wrong and that it would cost twenty-three thousand dollars to replace my unit. He also offered to salvage the copper and have his son haul away the unit. Needless to say, I am sticking with Design Air.

Seems to be easily offended (?) and doesn't realize HVAC techs are as easy to replace as a fan relay.
