I called them for a simple seasonal maintenance and clean up for my A.C, when they came in my A.C was blowing cold and when they left it wasn't working. When I asked what happened they told me that my fan motor went bad while they were cleaning.

They told me that it will cost me about $500 dollars to fix it. I was mad because my A.C was working fine before they came in so I called another company because I didn't believe them, when the other company came in they told me that the fan motor was unhooked and nothing was wrong with my A.C and in couple of minutes my A.C was working fine.

I don't know what you call this but to me that's a RIPOFF and they no telling how many people they did this to.

This company installed a HVAC system in my house with a warranty on service and parts. Every time I called for service on it, they would say they did not have a copy of my warranty because they just changed computer systems They tried to get away with not providing the service on their warranty. The owner would put me off and not return calls. I would NEVER recommend this company for anything

*The reason this company says they can’t find my business in the last 7 years is just another example of what a shady company they are.

Frank performed our Spring HVAC check up. His service is efficient and he is very informative, answering all our questions. We are Completely satisfied with, and highly recommend Taylor Construction.

For a good price they have an awesome York HVAC system and our electric bill has plummeted.
