We had both of our units replaced by Taylor Construction Services and if I could give a 10 I would. The sales rep that came out was very professional and honest which is much appreciated during these times. The two techs that came out were Derek and Brandon they were very professional, thorough, courteous respectful. They took the time to explain the work that was being done and how to operate and clean the systems.

I hired Taylor Construction Heating and Air Company for a full upgrade from an old oil furnace system to a new heat pump/water heater/panel box install. I was very pleased with their service. Everything ran smoothly and was completely finished in only a couple of days time. Carlos Duarte and his team were efficient, professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would definitely work with these guys again and they're first on my list for any future home remodeling projects.

Earlier this year we faced the nightmare task of having all the plumbing in our house replaced because of defective plumbing installed when the house was built. We obtained a couple quotes and chose Taylor Construction. Their quote was the most reasonable and we had worked with them before on projects. We cannot compliment them enough on the great job they did finding and replacing the plumbing. Their team led by Justin was very professional, keeping wall /ceiling damage to a minimum and communicating well throughout the process. Unexpected problems arise in any job, but Justin was quick to acknowledge them and adjust without slowing down the project. They did a fantastic job protecting our belongings and working with us throughout the challenging process. Once finished, a different team headed by Carlos had to come in and repair all the sheetrock. Again, so professional, hard working and respectful of our needs and home. Just as with Justin, if an issue popped up, Carlos always communicated what our options were and allowed us to decide what to do. A project that could have been so much worse, was completed on schedule, professionally and with great skill. We are very happy with Taylor Construction and would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone.

This company installed my Moms AC unit approximately 16 years ago, The AC in my house died last month right as the warm weather was approaching. I contacted several companies for an estimate and the prices were simply ridiculous, luckily I found an old business card from Taylor construction, I scheduled an appt and I met with Chip, he was friendly and courteous, I did not feel as if he was trying to sell me something that I clearly did not need just to hike up the cost, As he promised I promptly received an email with an estimate at a reasonable cost and i accepted. I was scheduled for installation within 5 business days and could not be happier to have beat the heat, Dereck and Donald are the team to beat!!! Friendly, courteous, professional and efficient, they both answered all my questions in the same manner as Chip did initially, meaning in terms that I could understand. I'm very pleased and will be calling on Taylor Construction for future projects

Derek and Brandon just finished our HVAC install - the system is already making a difference. They were quiet, efficient, pleasant. Really happy to have the new system in. They walked us through the details of the new thermostat. Professional at every step of the process. Very happy to have them do this work, and we look forward to working with them again.

I had to get an emergency repair on my furnace due to a part breaking in the middle of winter. I appreciated that a technician was sent out the same day I called and then the repair was done the next afternoon. It was also a very affordable experience especially given the nature of the repair and the timely manner in which it was done. My only complaint is I wish they could use an online billing system with a full invoice and breakdown of everything; I felt a bit nervous about handing my card/check to a stranger to input on their own device and with no paper records of the transaction. Maybe that is something they can incorporate in the future. I would definitely call them again though with any heating & cooling needs!

I contacted Taylor about replacing my heat pump system. Chip came out the same day and gave my an estimate. The price was very fair. William and Donte showed up and installed the system for me. My air handler
was a very difficult and complicated project to get out of the attic but William and Donte handled it like true professionals. I would recommend Taylor Construction Services to anyone.

I should've written a review on Taylor Construction Services weeks ago. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come by and give me a quote on a heat pump. Chip Young came by on time, looked in my attic, and told me that he would send me a quote by email. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing from Taylor Construction. I have called and left messages, but I still have not heard from them about my quote. The company is around the corner from me and they still could not even leave me a message or a call. I would rate a zero if I could. This is not
a way to treat a potential customer. I am very disappointed in this company.

Taylor Construction Services Heating & Air, Inc has been a blessing to me and my family! I located the company via Home Advisor on a Saturday afternoon. Within minutes of me inquiring to get a quote for a HVAC system the owner Mr. Taylor called to get an idea of what was going on with my current system. That following Wednesday Chip Young came to my home to assess what was needed and to advise of the involved cost. I was concerned regarding the financing and was advised at that moment not to worry about financing the Company offered inhouse financing. Mr Young asked if I could put any money down and what payment would be comfortable to make each month? He advised someone from the finance team would contact me to go over the terms and to finalize the contract if I wanted to proceed. On that Friday I spoke with Lucy whom provided the contract and Theresa whom set up the install. On 5-23-19 Derek and Brandon arrived promptly at 8:30 to do the installation. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. They removed all of the old equipment, set up and tested the new equipment and went over everything with me. I am so happy and pleased with this entire experience.! My air is working and the forecast for the next few days is HOT and HUMID! Thank you Taylor Construction for everything! You were God sent!
