After moving here we quickly learned our HVAC system wasn’t big enough for our house. After having numerous companies here to repair and get quotes on replacing. ThermaCool stood out as the best option for us. Luis was understanding of what we needed. Explaining the why and why not on what we needed. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’m a person who ask a lot of questions they kept me in the know and always followed through. To say we highly recommend would be an understatement. We contracted ThermaCool to install a mini-split ductless unit in our finished attic. Luis was everything you would expect in professionalism and courtesy. He worked with us to determine the best solution for the space and our budget and the whole process was pleasant and painless. The climate in our finished attic is now consistent and no longer “a little” cool in the winter and “a little” warm in the summer. Now it’s just right all the time. AND, Luis even installed our new Nest thermostat since I’m too dumb to understand the “easy” instructions. I can’t say enough about these guys and will definitely use them again and recommend them them to anyone who listens.

My wife and I called Thermacool to get maintenance on our HVAC system and to fix our thermostat. Their service was fantastic!! Eric was great on the phone, and Luis led me through everything that needed to be done (explained it all, including pricing), which was great! Highly recommend!!

My home's system wasn't putting out any cold air so I called ThermaCool to come review the situation. It turns out the capacitor is no longer working and needed a replacement. Just so happens they had the correct capacitor to use upon their diagnosis! After the replacement my AC started working well again. The technician who helped me was as friendly as he is informative. I will be certain to call them again should another problem arise.
