Rakim always responds promptly whenever there have been issues with my HVAC unit and even when there were issues with my mom's system. Within 24 hours he is there to diagnose and the service fee is reasonable. In 2015 he replaced my unit and has been the first place I call for service and system issues.

Rakim is one of the best service providers that I have worked with in recent years.
In addition to very good price, he and his son do very professional technical work with no call back issues. This past winter I had service on a couple of jobs with fast response and work completion. One job was a complete new HVAC and ductwork install and second was an emergency repair call on a freezing late night. Both have been working excellently since Rakim's and his son's attention.
I have several properties and have since made Your Community Heating and Cooling my go to HVAC provider. I highly recommend their services to friends and others who ask about who I use as I have been in building maintenanace, restoration, renovation and new build work over many years.

Ramon arrived on time and was very professional. He listened to my concerns and addressed all questions with his knowledge and expertise. Looked at my units and identified issues and fixed. Prices were reasonable.

Rakim and Charles came over to assess our system and gave us a upfront and specific details as well as options. He also beat other company prices. The install (entire system) was completed in a matter of 72 hours and I have also experienced my utility bill lower due to the system he offers/installed. This service call was a very positive experience. First, a response came very quickly after posting my project, and I had an appointment within a day. Rakim and Charles were on time, courteous, and professional. The issue with my thermostat was quickly diagnosed and repaired. In addition, they fixed an issue with sloppy and potentially dangerous wiring that was done poorly by the original installer. I will surely use them again, and would highly recommend!
