FOLLOW UP TO ORIGINAL REVIEW 8/17/2021: Both my HVAC and my split system experienced issues last week, a few days apart. First issue was fixed within 3 hrs of my call and the second issue was fixed within 4 hours of my call. I simply cant express how great Sergio and his team are when it comes to customer service and fair prices. 10/10 recommend.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Sergio and his crew have been unbelievably helpful and professional. They removed an old oil heating system, installed my electric unit, and hauled the old tank off my property. The price was $5,000 less than the other quotes I received.
When I recently experienced an issue with my new system I called Integrity and within 2 hours I had a call back and by 1:15pm my system was functioning like new. I cannot express how easy and pleasant my experience with Integrity has been, they truly live up to their name.
I have been using this company for the past 16 years when they installed my heat pumps and the do my annual maintenance, they have always been fantastic and I would not trust anyone else with my system, Sergio is an honest hard working man who does great work at a fair price.
Integrity replaced the AC unit in my HVAC system. Their price was very fair, they were on time, very responsive and very pleasant to do business with. AND my AC works!! I highly recommend them.
This company scams customers! If you're in need of hvac services, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My boyfriend and I recently moved into a rental property in the Glen Allen area. Over the last few weeks, our ac was having a harder time cooling our home as the temperature outside increased. We contacted our landlord who hired this company. They came to the house over a week ago, inspected the hvac unit and told us it needed a deep clean and possibly freon. They claimed they performed the cleaning service (when the outside water hook up was turned off) and the system was fine. Fast forward to this past Thursday June 14th. We continued having the same issue, so a tech with Integrity came back for yet another service call. After spending about 30 minutes in our home, he told me he didn't notice anything wrong with the unit and tried to blame the problem on user error with the thermostat, though he never checked the thermostat to see if his claim was indeed fact. He then left our family with 4 teenagers to sweat in the 90, 100 degree heat we had all weekend. Constant calls, voicemails and emails having been placed by multiple parties, the company NEVER responded to any of us! Had to wait until today for Short Pump Heating and Air to service our unit and were told integrity didn't perform the deep cleaning they charged our landlord for! In about an hour, we had our system finally restored and we're nice and cool again! Integrity HVAC will waste your time and money!
Well first off their employee robbed me...seriously I called the cops he had a pocket full of my jewelry the cops fortunately recovered. Secondly my unit that was brand new had plastic still attached and another contractor removed (they probably forgot to take the plastic off while they were busy stealing my jewelry) and the unit still vibrates and the temperature is ALWAYS off. Do not call this company by any means. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
I am going to give these folks a good review, the guy who came out was really polite, and found the problem and fixed it. I don't know why all the bad reviews. Maybe they do a lot of home warranty work which makes the contractor look bad, but all and all it was a positive experience for me.
This company does not even deserve one star. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this “company” I have experienced THE WORST customer service both when calling their office and in person at my own home. Sergio, the owner, is extremely HOSTILE and RUDE. They are NOT PROFESSIONALS when it comes to dealing with customers. And not helpful solving the problems of their customers AT ALL. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with any company EVER! (And I’ve delt with many horrible companies out there) DO NOT TRUST!!!
I called Integrity Heating and Air this morning when I woke up to discover that my heat wasn't working. I've been sick for over a week, I haven't showered in four days because my pipes are frozen, and now my house is 49 degrees because my heat isn't working. Integrity's number is listed on my unit and they had been here to help with an issue once before, so I called them first. They didn't have any available appointments for today so I asked the lady if she could recommend any other companies in the area. She said she couldn't. Desperate—and knowing that couldn't possibly be true—I asked again. She sounded incredibly annoyed and put me on hold. Another woman got on the phone, sounding equally annoyed, and told me that they didn't have contact information for any other companies. I explained I didn't need contact information, I was just looking for some recommendations for some other companies. In a rather hostile and irritable voice, she started spouting off random names of HVAC companies in the Richmond area. I stopped her and told her there was no need to be so hostile, at which point she told me she wasn't being hostile and then hung up on me.
What is wrong with you people? The temperature is in the teens. People are sick, and cold, and suffering. If you can't help, that's fine. But you don't have to be jerks to them. Have a little human decency and show a little kindness. Just because you can't take someone's money this time around doesn't mean you won't get it the next time. A little bit of help goes a long way. I guess you guys don't need to be nice to anyone—you apparently have all of the business you need.
