This place destroyed my home. They got fiberglass insulation all over my home through negligence. I’m currently in the process of suing Adams and their insurance company for their negligence. Unless you want to have your home to be unlivable, don’t go with them.

We live in a 1990's era home in Woodlake. We had terrible ductboard ducting and distribution in our attic supplying air from an upstairs heatpump. We have been wanting to redo this stuff for 20years. We finally got around to it, and were we ever happy with the jobs the Adams team did. They went so far beyond our expectations. It is so rare these day to find a business that does the job like YOU would do [if you had the skills, lol] but the did -- and then some. I can not say enough great things about this business. They were easy to communicate with, both the front office and the onsite techs. They techs were respectful of the residence, wearing shoecovers, using protective drop cloths, and meticulously cleaning up after the work was complete. They were on time with the appointment, finished up ahead of schedule, and came in under the price quoted for the final work. There are simply not enough of businesses like this around. Great Job! We Highly recommend.

Our heat pump had gone out and I called about six companies for quotes for a new system. My father recommended Adams as they had installed his unit about ten years earlier. Adams came out and gave me a quote that was better than all the rest for a high quality American Standard system. We decided to go with them and the installation went smoothly. The techs started on time and had the complete unit installed in less than six hours. Everything looks and runs great. I like the fact that they are family run and Mr. Adams was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

This company is awesome to work with. The owner himself answered my call and took my information. From my first call, to completing installation, they were so patient and knowledgeable in explaining exactly what I needed. I had actually requested an estimate on entirely new system and these guys were honest and explained my furnace was still in good shape that I only needed an AC unit. They quickly got the new unit installed and my home is once again cool and comfortable. I can’t rave enough about their work and customer service. My AC is working phenomenally and it’s so resoundingly quiet compared to my old unit. Wonderful quick estimate, installation process and amazing responsive customer service! I couldn’t have asked for better experience.

Best experience ever with an HVAC company! Beginning with my first phone call, which was answered by Mr. Adams, they were very responsive, quickly visiting my home & then providing a detailed estimate that was less expensive than 2 other companies. This is a family business, so the personal touch is evident, yet they operate in a professional manner from start to finish. Most striking, the technicians who came to install my new unit were just as professional and courteous as the Adams & their office staff had been on the phone. It was evident they are all close to one another & very happy in their jobs. I highly recommend Adams Heating & Air!

I am very impressed with Adams Heating and Air Conditioning. They did an excellent job with installation. Our heat pump and air handler had to be replaced. A different company we had gotten a quote from wanted to use a lot of our old piping and things already in place, but Adams replaced everything so everything was clean and new. I was impressed with how neatly everything was done. One of our air intakes was not originally installed correctly and did not hold the filter correctly. When they saw this, they ordered a new part to remedy that. I was impressed with how nice and sociable everyone was. Another thing I liked was that Adams was affordable and used a better quality system for the price. I didn’t like the first thermostat they installed so without hesitation, they came back out and replaced the thermostat with something a little easier to use. We are extremely happy and satisfied. I am so glad we chose to go with Adams. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

Adams Heating and Air performed all the HVAC work in our renovation. They quoted us a great price and they went above and beyond with excellent service and responsiveness. Anyone from their company who came to our home to work were incredibly respectful, efficient and worked hard to meet our timeline. They were also very tidy and left absolutely no mess anywhere. I have not one single complaint and can't recommend them highly enough!
