Our A/C has been down for a couple of days. The communication from the office was great. The scheduled appointment window was spot on. I received a call 20 minutes prior to the technician arriving (just like they said I would). Our technician was here less than 15 minutes, found the problem, fixed the problem & told me how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. Will definitely use them again!
Adams came quickly on short notice to address my AC issue. The technician diagnosed the problem, explained the situation to me, and made the repair, having the part needed on his truck. Dependable home repair is hard to find. Adams did the original install for my home and has maintained my HVAC since 1991.
I left a message before 6 AM. Got a quick response when they opened. Tech came by early afternoon. Explained every step what he was doing and the parts were in stock. Same day, the system was running again. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Thanks for even changing the light bulb in the attic for this older couple.It was so nice to have a cool night's sleep. You folks are the best!
Highly recommend Adams. The technician they sent out, Danny, was very kind, patient, and professional. I asked a million questions and he answered them all, offered good HVAC advice, and got our AC back up and running in less than an hour. We will definitely use Adams for all our HVAC needs from here on out.
RVA if you need Heat/Air service I can't say enough nice things about Adam's Heating and Air. Locally owned. I had no heat, most if the city is an ice rink and they came out within 2 hours of my call and worked until the heat was running again. Very nice and were kind and patient enough to explain the issues without acting like I was just a dumb female! Highly recommend!!!

I've been using these folks for 12 years. They are the best!!! I am an American Standard/Trane fan since 1980. This company was recommended to me by a retired competitor. I would call no one else. They put their customers first.
Air conditioning went out several times since having our heat pump installed in 2008. Was apparently billed at an incorrect address from 3 years prior. The support team came out the same day 6/22/2017 to fix air conditioning due to my disability and 4 people with asthma. This morning my nurse informed me I received a call. After listening to a very threatening voicemail from Elaine 6/28/2017 stating if the bill wasn't paid today they would come remove the capacitator that was placed on 6/22 and me and my 4 children would be without air, followed up by saying "It's going to be a hot weekend. My bills are always paid. Bought my home14 years ago. I started to cry over what seemed like a heartless message. I used too be a nurse before a car accident left me disabled. I have my own daily nurse now. I got up the courage to call Elaine but was refused by Bobby while stating twice I only needed to speak with him. He was very RUDE and wanted payment immediately. I never knew of any bill for $177.11. Since I do not own a checking account or credit card, I offered to pay in cash. Then he stated he would come by and pick up $314 by trying to include a $146.00 late fee. I have since called Channel 12 news and the BBB. Bobby will be paid in cash tomorrow by my husband Julio Herrera along with Channel 12 on your side who will air this threatening voicemail message to viewers. NEVER deal with this company if you want to be treated like a person. We paid this company over 6 grand and over their mistake think I'm avoiding $177.11. A tech was sent and paid in cash, I asked for receipt. As of today 7/10/2017 my air conditioning is not working. This is the result of my review. They returned and removed the capacitator after receiving the cash.
