    We made an online inquiry on a Sunday morning for emergency service, and we called and left a voicemail following up. It’s now Thursday and we haven’t heard anything. It was a holiday weekend so I assumed maybe out of town or something but it’s two days past the holiday now! We went with another company who was very responsive same day.

    Scheduled a next day diagnostic and Johnathan came right on time. He quickly figured out the issue and gave us a quote to repair the contactor on the outside AC unit. The price was a little on the high side to repair ($449) and warranty for a year but I suppose you're paying for the expertise. He quickly replaced it for us fixing our issue within 30 minutes. Very polite and professional.

    Great communicators Showed up on time. The team was neat and quiet. The installation was done in a day without any scuffs or scratches to walls or woodwork. I liked that this is a family owned business. Owner, Carlos came on site to oversee installation.

    Free Zone staff removed my old HVAC system, which included the outdoor unit, oil furnace, air handler, oil tank, oil stand, duct system and registers. The new system was installed and is working properly. Their staff conducted themselves in a professional manner and completed the installation one day early. I received five different quotes and Free Zone estimate was self-explanatory which made it easy for me to award Free Zone said contract. I am truly a satisfied customer and will recommend Free Zone to anyone who is looking for a HVAC company for service, or HVAC installation.

    Capacitor problem was diagnosed during routine, seasonal tune-up maintenance call. I was charged $275 to replace the diagnosed bad capacitor with a $10 one carried on the truck. Not happy😒

    The home was not cooling properly, called Sunday evening, thinking I am going to get a voicemail and I actually was able to speak to a technician who was able to get someone to my home Monday. Jonathan, the technician came on time and was able to fix the issue, but not only that, he was respectful, courteous and answered my questions. Very good company to work with in my book!
