Automatic Climate HVAC & Air Conditioning

Joshua is a first class professional, this is the second time he has provided maintenance for us. He is thorough, explains what he’s doing, and shows the results of his visit. I used Automatic Climate several years ago and received the same quality service. I would recommend this company to others based on the skill and trustworthiness of their staff. I asked if they could send an experienced technician as I just had another company send someone who's opinion was in question. They sent Jason. An awkward fellow,
almost bumbly. When asked how long he's been in the field, he replied "this go round, two weeks". He dropped the air handler panel cover on some wires, pinched wires putting it back, and was going through very basic steps out loud. Like he didn't understand where to start and what to do. He left my attic light on, stairs down and thermostat in the wrong setting. And it appears he drained more oil out of my compressor trying to diagnose it, and then claimed it was leaking more out. He also said both my compressor and reversing valve are bad when a technician from another company showed me the valve working. The company looks like they have some good techs and office personal but this was either an insult or really low standards for new techs.

I contacted at least 7 different companies and Automatic Climate was the ONLY one who called me back to set up a time. They were friendly at the office and Tevin did a great job in the field. He explained the process, fees, and showed me videos of the before/after when the work was completed.

They called to let me know they were on their way. When they got here, they were very professional and friendly. When they cleaned my vents, they were very thorough and listened about the issues I had noticed. Would 100% recommend them to others.

I used Auto climate for annual maintenance on our 3.5 ton York Heat Pump. They came at their scheduled time and were genuinely interested in doing a complete (outside and inside with physical and electronics evaluated) annual maintenance (more than just cleaning the outside unit). Overall the service took a little over 2 hours. I have only had the system for 1 year, so kind of early to catch any preventative items but hope it pays off.

Joe was amazing!! I haven’t needed to call anyone for AC issues in eons and being newer to the area tried Automatic Climate. Joe was out the next morning at 8am on the dot! Looked over the system, gave use detailed quotes and what we eventually might need and changed out the thermostat and did an outdoor line cleaning for a clog. He never once pressured us to do anything and was CRAZY informative! He definitely knows his stuff. Not only that, he was extremely friendly and didn’t mind all of the questions we asked at all. I would absolutely recommend this company and use Joe every time. Thank you Joe!!

Shawn was my technician today. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am always curious about how the systems work and he was more than willing to teach me and showed me exactly what he was doing. His clear explanations were invaluable. Great experience!

The technician(Gerald) was great! Very professional, provided specific details on the services being performed. I will definitely request him again in the future for any system issues.

Showed how the HVAC outside unit will need to have work done but did not pressure to complete. Gave price differences to repair vs replacing but only because I brought up that most of the houses around me have replaced. Said I could save $8-9000 if we repair and that would be fine.

Automatic Climate was quick to respond to my online request. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous even when he had to crawl through our crawl-space in the rain! I would recommend!
