The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of useful information for me to understand more about my system. During the visit the found the outdoor emergency shut off wasn’t operating so it was replaced adding more safety. They were really great to work with and will have them back again!

Josh was a consummate professional! He was also highly informed and took time to help me to understand the state of our system as well as various options for possible future maintenance. We look forward to working with him and Automatic Climate again!

Joe was prompt/courteous and very professional. He knew his stuff. I've used Automatic Climate for 30 years. I first used them as a second opinion for a failed heat pump. The first company said I needed a compressor. Unit was only 5-8 years old. Automatic Climate came out and determined I only needed a $40.00 capacitor. The unit then worked fine with little maintenance needs for 20 more years.

John, Nathan and Jim were our service reps for cleaning all of our ducts, blower fan and coils. They were polite and extremely knowledgable and thorough with the whole cleaning process. With 2 dogs and a cat, they went out of their way so we could strategically move them when needed to for a smooth process. Thanks again for the amazing service!!

Was originally happy with the $20, 000 in work we had done, including the extended warranty on the furnace. They had to come out twice to fix the drain for the HE gas furnace as it was tripping the unit due to backups. Just so happened to back up again on Christmas eve, and the entire drain line froze. They said they couldn't run a new drain, and that it would cost $600 to fix. Went back and forth, they wouldn't budge, kept saying that there was no way to run a new drain and it needed this $600 upgrade. They said either that or wait for the weather to get warmer. Wow! No thank you. I went to home depot, spent $15 and ran the new drain myself with a much better pitch than before and we haven't had an issue since.

Waited all day as the house froze on the coldest day in recent memory just for them to not fix the system they installed less than one year ago. So disappointed.

The technician was very nice and felt sorry for us, it was someone higher up who said they couldn't do it. Their people are nice but for the $20k we gave them I had hoped for better service.

We had a lot of issues with our HVAC and Sean was not only thorough and professional, but took the time to explain everything to us so we knew exactly what the issues were and what fixes were needed. Great experience despite the serious repairs we ended up needing!
