Sean was able to come out to my home several hours after calling the company to check on my system which was not working. After diagnosis of the problems, it was the smarter move to install a more efficient system. Sean reviewed the 3 choices, made his recommendation and the I chose what was best for me. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind.

I have been a customer of Automatic Climate for seven years. In that time they have replaced two HVAC systems, installed a mini split system, re ducted my second floor, installed an attic fan and replaced a well pressure tank and hot water heater.

But one of their best services is the spring and fall tune up. Last Friday they serviced all three of my systems. The technician (Phillips) was great, he was on time and very thorough. He checked all of the components and gave the equipment a thorough cleaning. I wouldn’t even consider using a different company.

We renewed our service for the next year because we have been impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and awesome customer service. We had our ducts cleaned, and the team was on time, and informative throughout the process. Ben was our seasonal HVAC maintenance technician and he was courteous and did a great job cleaning the blower wheel and compartment. The team was thorough in their service. The pricing was transparent, the payment system was easy and we have peace of mind knowing that Automatic Climate is our HVAC team.

On-site tech, Joe, was great. He was professional, polite, kept a clean workspace and explained what he was doing and why, when asked. Also, the dispatcher, Simon, was a pleasure to work with. Back office had trouble following up on providing information in a timely manner and I had to call several times to follow up.

This was my first maintenance check and Charlie was awesome 🤩. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and explained everything he was doing step by step.
