We have been using Automatic Climate since we moved to the area 5 years ago, and we’ve always gotten quick responses and great service. This time was no exception. Josh took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. They worked with our schedules and were super flexible.

Russel called before he arrived and was right on time for an AM appointment. He finished my annual maintenance in under an hour and then changed out a tub faucet. Automatic climate has done some smaller plumbing jobs such as this one and changing an outdoor faucet that was leaking. Russel was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Automatic Climate technician Ben was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I used a few other companies in the past, and Automatic Climate the last 5 years to do HVAC maintenance, and Ben is the best! He took time to thoroughly clean the AC outdoor unit which I have never seen any tech so thorough like him. When he diagnosed my AC problem, he explained all the possible options I can do to repair it. He is honest and kind. I would request Ben again, and Automatic Climate should be proud that they have such a hard working, extremely pleasant and a professional staff to represent them.

Ben was fantastic!! Helpful, professional, polite and honest. Replaced our dryer vent the same day as the service call. I must admit that was unexpected, I figured it would taken a couple of days to get it installed. He also ran a diagnostic on our HVAC and got it working again. He was a breath of fresh air. Ben was very professional with his evaluation and detected the location of the system leaking coolant. He took time to make a correct diagnosis, showed us where the problem was and explained the problem clearly. He then contacted the office for a solution that was satisfactory because of the warrantee coverage of the unit. This technician was on point and showed knowledge of his profession.
